I feel like One Piece has a lot of dumb arcs and Luffy is quite annoying at the beginning. Once you get to Alabasta though (episode 90 I think) then its mostly good stuff and Luffy is a lot more badass. Still dumb, but not annoying

Sadly with the way entertainment is set up now with the massive volume of streaming shows and movies available, the studios will be able to hold out a lot longer than the unions. This isnt like it was 15 years ago where they were so heavily dependent on network television and box office movies. Hell the studios are probably happy things are getting delayed, for the last few quarters they have all been saying they need to bring their costs for content way down, and the strike is a great excuse to do that. Amazon just canceled the second season on The Peripheral and League of their Own because of the strike.

This is an issue of correlation vs causation. Much more likely that people are just discovering the intricacies of what turns them on. I don't think this is true at all. Even the earliest studies on sexual arousal show how powerful novelty is. Show someone the same naked woman, same porn scene, or same porn genre over and over and their arousal will decrease. Introduce a new woman/scene/genre, their arousal peaks again. It is also known that people get arousal from the thrill of doing something wrong, looking at what they shouldn't, taboo. Tie these together, and this is a far more reasonable answer to why people look at more extreme porn the more they watch. Novelty, and the thrill of looking at things they know are wrong.

I get them sometimes, but I have a long tongue so I can easily maneuver through all the folds of my tonsils and pick them out no problem with my tongue. Its usually just food debris.

The porn industry is full of drug use, human/sex trafficking, and treats most their employees like shit.

Porn use is addictive and has ruined countless lives, relationships, and marriages.

First Star Wars thing I have enjoyed since Mando Season 2 (haven't seen Andor), never seen Rebels but I have at least heard of Ezra. Love seeing some world building around the New Republic. Also I thought this was the best lightsaber action we have gotten since the prequels, when people were actually doing cool shit with their sabers, unlike the sequel trilogy which just had awful fights.

Unfortunately with every good thing I see in the show I just have one thought that ruins it: Why the hell aren't Han/Luke/Leia the center of this story, like the original Heir to the Empire book?? Imagine how much better this would be if they were here! Disney should have just recasted them. Instead this just feels like we have a worse, fan fiction version of the main heroes leading the story.

That is what irking me. Like if I just ate cookies and cake and hotdogs. I would be okay with my size. But not when I gave up every good food.

If that is all you are eating in a day (wings, Sunny D, rice) the weight should be falling off you and you would be so hungry, thats less than 1,000 calories a day. Are you drinking alcohol? Or not measuring/counting your food accurately?

I had 6 grilled chicken wings- that is about 972 Cals. About two cups a fried rice, 456. And a glass of Sunny D for vitamin C. That is about 60 calories.

As for my Doctor he told me not to eat white foods.

972 calories in 6 wings???? Those have to be loaded with breading/sugar/fried oils. A plain grilled wing should be 40-60 calories, so you just ate an extra 600 calories of garbage. I would throw all those away right now, those wings are far, far worse for your health than any white carb or red meat.

Hes actually 5 8, 160 lbs is not even that big for stepping on stage at a natural show. Jeff Nippard weighed more than that on stage and he is only 5 5. I know its a meme to assume everyone isnt natty, but that physique is easily possible without gear.

He has good stage lighting in that photo and is standing alone, if you put him next to other people he would look small. The Classic Physique guys at the Olympia are more shredded and they weigh 198 lbs at 5 8, the open bodybuilders have another 50+ lbs of muscle on top of that. That is what steroids can do.

You lost about 2.8 lbs per week, not that extreme from 220 lbs. Probably pretty close to a well planned, long cut of a boxer. Sticking to a diet is certainly not easy!

Now that you are getting lower in weight, I would think the lbs would be dropping slower. I use bodyfat % as a better indicator, if you got one of those InBody machines at your gym, and I try and lose 0.5% to 1% of BF per week on a cut. Especially if you are trying to balance muscle in there, I would focus on BF and not a goal weight.

Just curious how many calories and protein you are eating now?

I think he is 5'6". He's not that big/muscular in the photo. Shredded yes, but his pecs/arms/legs are a lot smaller than those you see on bodybuilders who do the steroid competitions.

Also 4% body fat isn't even close to the realm of "healthy". I have no idea what you're trying to defend here.

You said that he looks like he needs to drink a ton of water, so I clarified for you that he is probably very hydrated right now since he still has 8 weeks of prep left, and he looks so shredded because his bodyfat is so low, not because he is dehydrated.

Obviously 4% isn't healthy long term, but he is deep in a prep for a competition, where you need to be that low to win. His bodyfat % is a lot higher when not getting ready to compete

What do you mean source material? They where made at around the same time. The movies endings heavily influenced the comics ending iirc.

OMalley had 3 books done and outlines for the final 3 when Wright started on the script, and they workshopped the ending together. Although sounds like the comic ending is even different than what was originally outlined and Wright was surprised.

OMalley has said that he didnt know how to end the comic properly and isnt too happy with the glow resolution and Gideon stuff. I wonder if they are gonna try and go with a modified ending for the anime? Sounds like he wants to change it and this is the perfect opportunity

He was the one who brought balance to the Force (ignoring the sequels). Bringing balance to the Force just means getting rid of the Dark Side, none of this "equal sides light and dark force users" crap. The "light side" isn't even really a thing in the canon. There is just The Force, and the corrupt Dark Side which destroys the balance. When he killed Palpatine, he destroyed the Sith, got rid of the corruption in the Force and restored balance.

I think Harry just gives Malfoy a little nod at the train station like they aren't enemies anymore but they don't hang out in the same social circles either. And Ron still has a rivalry w/ their family as he tells his kid to do better than Malfoy's kid

The biggest difference is the time frame for the movie, it takes place over like 7 days while the comic covers more than a year. There is more material in the comic too, so we get to see Scott and Ramona go through all the ups and downs of a full relationship. Also we have a lot more focus on Scott himself and coming to terms with his history and previous relationships, a bit more of a coming of age story for him.

That's a bit why I don't like Michael Cera as Scott, he isn't supposed to be a nerd

I was more in awe of BOTW when I played it, it was just so incredibly different from anything else I had played or experienced. Playing TOTK now it is amazing, but since I have already played BOTW my mind isn't blown like it was before.

Objectively, though, TOTK is better on every metric, I will probably never play BOTW again unless for nostalgia, TOTK just does everything better.

Can't wait for this, the comics are some of my favorite of all time.
