It's just their games look as 2 gens ago as Nihon Falcom's, who only has about 60 devs or something. What is Game Freak doing with those extra 100 developers? Here, there is a angle of reflection that allows the mirror surface to reflect the light of the charger plug, even though it's behind the paper. Because in fact, a mirror isn't a static camera outputting what it can see ONTO a surface.
