What treatments have you tried?I started seeing a therapist and psychiatrist back in 2017, and have been on medication for that long, but like I said, it's been going on longer than that. It started actively strangling my life back in 2011 and was ramping up prior to that. That being said, i've been on a variety of meds, some of which i'm still on, some not.
There might be a few more, but i'm having trouble remembering. Besides standard medications, i'm on a newer treatment called Spravato, and i've seen more success from it than the regular meds... it's not a miracle cure or anything because i'm still suffering, but it's definitely done more for me than they have. @Toteall W_S_C_M posted... To TC: Do you exercise or workout? U may or may not have seen some topics I post regarding this. Anyways I am a big advocate for its many health benefits, both physically and mentally. It can really make a difference in both regards.Nope.
