The second video I guess is where my thoughts are more geared towards. Obv the market disagrees this week but I will say we can get all the way back to 390-400 and still keep the longer downtrend intact so yeah I really don't know.

What exactly is driving this sentiment? Does the market really think the fed will start lowering rates again? I don't think there's any indication we've slowed inflation, in fact it seems to be getting worse around the rest of the world.

I have a watch from my grandfather that's probably at least 40 years old that still functions but I don't wear it.

We get 4 weeks of regular PTO, 6 days of sick time, 1 week of "covid wellness" which is meant to be for things like taking care of your kids or if you get covid but really you can use it for anything because no one asks. Then we get 2 personal floater days, 1 day for our birthday, 2 days for volunteer work.

Our fiscal year ends March 31 and we're only able to roll over up to 40 hours of PTO from Jan-Mar. If you don't use it you lose it (except for CA which requires them to pay you out unused days). So I can't just roll over a million hours year after year.

Trying to keep it under $200 per week for 2 adults + 2 cats. Still been able to keep it there even with the increased prices.

Like I can sometimes actually make sense of what he's trying to say, but what the actual fuck is he saying here.

Saying climate change is actually just normal seasonal weather patterns. Basically like that congressman that brought a snowball into the house of representatives that one time claiming global warming didn't exist because it snowed that one day.

Almost nothing happened in episode 5. You could probably cut out 90% of that episode and glue the remaining 10% onto episode 4 and nobody would have noticed.

I thought Episode 4 was a good setup for a bunch of things in Ep 5 but then nothing happened in that episode either other than more setup.

Also I bet there's a lot of a certain kind of fanfinc IYKWIM

They had one at my college it was fine nothing special.

Went on Friday and saw it in 3d again. Definitely didnt hold up as well as I thought it would. Its not a good movie but is entertaining.

As far as cultural impact the biggest thing I remember was that article coming out about people getting depressed at their shitty lives because they didnt live on Pandora. Which I thought was funny because a huge piece of the movie is about how literally everything on the planet wants to kill you. It would be a terrifying place to be, not to mention the toxic air.

House of the Dragon has a couple minorities in it and is crushing Rings of Power in critic reviews, audience reviews, and most importantly viewership.
