The weird thing is that I heard a lot of shouting and I was not able to make out any of the phrases. That was weird. They did not empty the plastic bins and I mean bins not the bigger dumpster. The weather has been cool enough that it is not odiferous. Someone else who lives in my building guessed that it is too much of a mess with people dumping stuff as they move out.
