I got memed into buying one and I have one piece of advice. Actually make sure you like mechanical keyboards first, particularly the height and feel of the action/type of keys you're going for.

Spent like $150 on one that had a bunch of features that were nifty and I didn't care about (RGB nonsense), and then had the singularly crap function of 1) keys so high i felt like my hands need to hover and tap in a very specific action, and 2) a big fuck off wire that clutters my desk.

So yeah, maybe actually play with one first and see if you like it.

I'll give you a few reasons

• whether you like a character or not has little to do with their power level
• Aang's series was basically perfect
• Legend of Korra had to live in its shadow
• it (arguably bravely) moved away from the high fantasy stuff and firmly into the realm of shady grey politics, which alienated its fanbase somewhat
• it tackled more difficult subject matter and therefore couldn't present a mary sue character like aang this time around. korra had to make more mistakes, be more emotional, be relatable. that made her less fun

I generally believe this is true however I also dislike any dramatic statement put out on twitter as a rule, lol

You know, I'm actually good at guessing certain accents.
I've surprised a lot of Englanders by gauging their voice.

I can tell what part of London they might be from. Or if they are from the country.
The last I picked up was a couple that were from Manchester.

Most of the time when I get it right the people are amazed.
