I don't know if it's a state by state thing, but in Tennessee, those "tickets" you get in the mail for going through a light as it's changing red aren't enforceable and you do NOT have to pay it since a cop wasn't present to issue the ticket. WHAT!!!! While I don't plan on running any red like in Rocky Top, that is good to know.
