This is literally gang violence. This genuinely is deserving of the death penalty for abusing their power to kill. This was deliberate. They were in plainclothes and in an unmarked vehicle, and they shot at two men unprovoked. Then they lied and said they were attacked first. Their cameras were off. Imagine if no one was recording them and it was their word against the 17 year olds. And Their defense attorneys had asked a judge to block COPA from releasing the video, claiming the footage would only show half of what happened, but a judge denied that request, and COPA released the video on Tuesday.
