So you'd rather be killed wrongfully by the government than imprisoned wrongfully and eventually released?

The death penalty is too merciful. Seems to me like living with your guilt in a miserable prison cell for the rest of your life, with the knowledge you'll never get out, is worse.

My buddy used to run the marathon every year, and I live in Boston so I would go cheer him on. He had recently finished the race in 2013, so I was hanging around the finish line waiting for him to get his stuff and towel off. The one bomb went off in front of me to the right. I was far enough away where I didn't get hit by anything, but I had no idea what was going on and just froze. Then the second bomb went off down the street and everyone started running and screaming.

Eventually a guy with his young daughter kind of shook me and told me to get inside one of the stores on Boylston St. Called my mom and told her to turn on the news and see if she could tell what was happening. After 15 minutes, made a run for it and met up with my friend in a hotel down the street, and an hour later we walked back to my place. I saw first hand people missing limbs, people with shrapnel sticking out of their legs. It was gruesome.

Because our systems aren't fool proof. People make mistakes. People are corrupt. People are lazy.

Innocent people will get caught up, either by accident or maliciously. We don't live in a perfect world where every suspected killer is 100% guilty as with this terrorist.

The issue isn't with this specific people, but others who aren't 100% guilty. You want to keep focusing on the guilty people, but I would rather focus on the innocent people who have suffered and will continue to suffer as things are.

How do you determine that?

The logic does work, and has been a big part of why many countries (including my own) got rid of the death penalty.

And yes, you HAVE to be okay with an innocent dying if you want a specific guilty person dying as the laws apply to everyone. Your food argument is just utter nonsense and not in the least bit relevant. The reason you have to accept an innocent person will die is because they have been.

You can say this person deserves to die all you want, but it doesn't change the fact that if you are okay with a law that allows that, you bring in the reality innocent will die as well. Sure, it might be a small number, but even one is too many in my opinion.

Timothy Evans, in the UK, was a man killed in the 50's for a crime he didn't commit. Is that acceptable, to kill a few other low lives?

Rehabilitation is great and all, if they truly can be. Terrorists would need some strict measures to ensure that and America (and my own country the UK) are in no way prepared to actual do that at the moment, no matter how ideal pushing to rehabilitation is.

Never mind the fact that letting a terrorist out won't do any politician favours.

We're lucky these boards haven't been closed down by now. Message boards don't make websites money anymore. There's also more and more liability. IMDB dumped their's and those were a good source of info for the entertainment industries.

Don't know. I am guessing around 2800 per day.
I eat junk. Chicken wings, Fries, Pasta, and Chinese Chicken.
I get about 5000 steps in but other then that nothing.

This isn't an excuse, I live over an hour from my work. And so by the end of the day I am doing more then 12 hours. Then I have school stuff I am working on. So I just can't get myself to do better. I know if I want to live I should.

And I am 260-5 given the day.

Oh it's a replay. Trying to see some of the new stuff added with the Jamais Vu update. My first two playthroughs favored Psyche and Intellect, this time I went Physique. I've already seen some hilarious moments from failed checks that I hadn't failed previously. They did such a great job allowing you to fail forward.
