Moon Knight complete!

Felt like kind of an abrupt ending and the pacing of the show in general was pretty uneven from episode to episode, but Oscar Isaac and Ethan Hawke both put up great acting performances, so it was worth the investment.

Pretty good! He basically just eats, sleeps, and poops, and I'm not sure which one he does the most! Seriously though, he's been a pretty laid back baby. We had a newborn photo session today for an hour and a half, and he literally slept the whole time, which was nice.

Kirby and the Forgotten Land World 7 beated! I think that's actually it this time, at least as far as new worlds go. Of course they had to have some sort of Meta Knight style final boss fight, but it was fun. I don't think I'd rank this game ahead of Kirby Super Star just because of the sheer variety that game possesses, but it's really good.

It's nice to see all the Pearsons making strides at the same time. It feels like at least one of them is usually down at any given time, so it's a change of pace.

Zeke finally did something I support, calling out Eren on his crap theory that Mikasa only protects him out of her instincts and residual memories as an Ackermann, which is just him being in denial about her feelings, since he doesn't think she can be happy with him knowing he only has four years left at most.

Also it was nice to see Sasha again, perhaps for the last time.

Dragon Ball Z Episode 265 complete!

Glad to see Trunks inherited his father's total lack of situational awareness and fell right into Buu's obvious trap. And after his (presumably?) final transformation, Buu now looks like Bib Fortuna from Star Wars.

Minnesota blows another 4th quarter lead to lose the series, but this was a pretty fun series overall. Cool to see two young teams square off.

World 5 beated in Kirby and the Forgotten Land! Finally got some time to play again. That was the first actually tough boss fight in the game so far.

Case 2 is a bit disappointing other than the introductions of Sholmes and Susato. There are a lot of references to Sherlock Holmes stories littered throughout the cases, which are cool Easter Eggs if you're a fan of the books.

Kirby and the Forgotten Land World 4 beated! Pretty fun ice world, and it looks like we're headed to a new continent now. I don't think we're nearing the end of the game already, but Kirby games do tend to be on the shorter side, so we'll see.

Well yeah, the Nets almost certainly don't trade for him if they don't believe he'd be healthy enough to play at some point this season. That wasn't a "long play" trade.

I guess my main criticism is that only two of the playable characters matter at all, but I love Yuri's dark and troubled journey, as well as his relationships with Alice and Albert Simon.

There's no actual date for when the Layton games take place. Apparently, there's an unused data file from the first game that says it's the 1960s, but I think they ended up not using it so the time period would be intentionally vague. Some of the technology and other stuff from the games seems to date it from that era, but like Ace Attorney, there's stuff about its world that doesn't add up to "our reality," so I guess it takes place in the same alternate timeline AA does...!

World 3 in Kirby and the Forgotten Land beated. I liked the amusement park theme. It almost kind of gave me Nier Automata vibes in a weird way since this is a world that has clearly been abandoned for a long time but it's more "realistic" than a normal Kirby game.

yeah this is where they get overrated

like yeah they've made playoff runs in the East over the last 15 years so it's not like they're outright terrible but the East has been bad for most of that time and they haven't been as good as people think they are or projected them to be most seasons since their last Finals appearance

when you have to resort to "#2 all-time franchise" instead of their actual recent history you're also kind of proving my point
