The logic behind animal rights is empathy for our fellow living creatures. I've been a vegetarian for half of my life because of animal cruelty. They share our planet, but get far less of a say in what happens to it than we do. The least we can do is be kind.

This is incorrect. I've definitely had blood moons occur where I've killed next to nothing. They just happen after a few real world hours, though there are caveats and specific instances they can happen quicker.

Absolutely no to packing the Supreme Court. Keep it at 9. Liberals need to abide by the law. If you don't like the law, follow the constitutional process to change the law, and if you don't like the judging, follow the legal process for appointing judges (you need to win presidential and senatorial elections).

Sidebar - this case wasn't about a felon who had served his time. He was under indictment for burglary and missing court dates and lied about being indicted when buying the gun.

I actually think the scenario you're describing about someone who has served their time is a bit more complicated ethically and philosophically but that's not what this judge ruled.

Don't really agree here since you would expect a felon to be much more likely to use a gun for crimes than the average person (though of course, you could say that that's a reason it shouldn't be a right in the first place)

Loki is not the main character and he's not even in it for a long time. lol Like I'd be surprised if Loki was in it for even 20 minutes of the full runtime. But it's the only 20 minutes that really sticks with you. I remember feeling actually gutted when Loki died and hoping it was a trick the first time I watched this.

Suikoden 1's story is executed well, it has good writing, but its literally the most bog standard straightforward story you could possibly do with its setup. Literally as soon as the intro is over you can 100% call every single story beat as soon as they crop up except maybe one- Gremio dying how he does

And the gameplay is so easy and basic its almost a chore to play from a gameplay standpoint.

Suikoden 1 is 100% carried on it being pretty different from most other RPGs of the times, the atmosphere, soundtrack, and moment to moment writing.
