They will come back to it, but since that killer doesn't get caught until the 2000s, they can wait a few more years IRL to let them age the characters naturally.

like I said l, pretty much nobody cares about them, they only care about what sells - the monster. How many fn times must we hear about them? Now with this, a bunch of YT will make more money off of the deaths of people to jump on the algorithm money

I can understand what you're saying, but if you watch this show, it absolutely DOES NOT glorify Jeffrey Dahmer whatsoever. He is a total fucking weirdo the entire way through and the actor does an amazing job at it. The only time where I felt bad for him was when he was bullied in school, but he kind of deserved it for being a weirdo.

Giving them all this attention, positive or negative, is terrible, imo. This is a year round thing between movies, shows, books and podcasts. YouTube had a lot of true crime content as well

Stop giving these people fame. Theyre not people to prop up. Maybe this is a reason why there is so much crime in the US - people want to be famous, too. Its sicking. And no, this isnt about studying them, this is Hollywood making bank off of the lives of Innocent people, and nobody knows their names.

Correct. But sometimes people keep the plastic cover on things like a TV and it gets dusty. Then they remove it and it looks brand new again. Its really satisfying, imo
