So far the race for the best alphabet is TIED at 1-1. We have ABCs 1 with Libido > Legacy and ABCs 2 with Zygote > Zetsumetsu. I kind of expect 2 to finish maybe 6 or so higher (so like 16 for 2 and 10 for 1) but I'm not positive on that. I would be shocked if 2 doesn't take more letters home though. This is gonna be a sneaky-good side story to watch. In addition to the head-to-head letter battles, I'm also wondering how the overall rankings will play out. By that stage of the anthology, my patience for all the "wacky" films was tapped. Had Zetsumetsu been placed toward the middle of ABCs #1, I might've been more forgiving of it. Who knows. In retrospect, I probably should've bumped it up a point or two (my #51 is completely useless, whereas Zetsumetsu at least tried in a bizarre/surreal way) --- ~Jacksonville Jaguars~ |

I feel like the winner could be out some grouping of A is for Amateur, C is for Capital Punishment, R is for Roulette, or U is for Utopia. Holy shit, that's a great point. The Top 10 might come down to "Which films are inoffensive, easy to follow/digest, and enjoyable?" Dani doesn't really get a large scale revenge like Carrie does either. thesmark posted... Yeah, and on top of all that Carrie has superpowers and her herself murders tons of people. I don't see a connection. Fair points, but I'd argue Dani's arc is similar in the sense that she starts as an innocuous girl facing isolation and (low-key) bullying, then grows into a destructive force.
