I'd imagine they can use the pregnancy timeline to find out how old both parties were at conception so a detail like that shouldn't even be arguable, it should be factual.

I think the tower system in Strive is good, though. Like, rank-based lobbies. Anyone can go to lobbies their rank and above, but you can't go below your rank. The idea is that nubs get some time against nubs, and aren't completely demolished constantly.
