43 y/o Respected Coffee Farmer Andres Magana Ortiz from Hawaii was forced to leave his wife and 3 children and return to Mexico after living in the US for 28 years!!

He came to America illegally when he was 15 with his mother and moved to hawaii to pick coffee as a migrant worker.

Now he's one of the most respected coffee farmers in the Kona district

He's been trying to get legal citizenship and his wife and daughter both filed for permission to let him stay as the relative of a ctizien and even had Hawaii's congressional delegation try to intervene but the Department of Homeland Security ordered him OUT by March..

After his lawyer appealed the order he was ordered to leave again but granted a 30 day reprieve and agreed to leave voluntarily after the agreement could not be reached..

He left Hawaii on Friday night and even paid for his own tickets out to a country where he no longer has family..

His 20 y/o daughter, Victoria Magana Ledesma said "We said our goodbyes at home. My dad decided it was better for my brother and my sister to not go all the way to the airport"...

Andres said "Very, very sad and very disappointed in many ways but there's not much i can do. Just follow what i have to do and hopefully in a little bit, things can get better"

His family is still fighting to get back as his case gained national attention when a 9th US Circuit Judge criticized the Trump administration for deporting him after Trump said there was "bad hombres" in America that have to go....obviously his family said he was not one of them.

He posted the meme of Trump's head superimposed at the tip of a hijacked plane flying towards the twin towers labelled with a CNN logo.

He immediately deleted it after critics went after him.

Lucian says he speaks for the MAJORITY of Gays who are for Trump because he will protect them from anti-gay sentiment that's caused by "muslims". Deputy Nicholas Tullier is still recovering from being shot in the head by Gavin Eugene Long in Baton Rouge, Louisiana when he went on a murderous rampage that killed 3 police officers and injuring 6.

He is filing a lawsuit against BLACK LIVES MATTER and 6 others for "inciting violence" against police officers which was in retaliation for the death of a black man.

Gavin was a military veteran who went on his rampage last year on July 17th in response to the shooting of unarmed Alton Sterling

The suit says "Obviously, at this point talk show hosts were holding them responsible and they were having to defend the blame and responsibility for what the had caused whether in whole or in part"

Nicholas suffered severe brain damage in the attack as the father of 2 was shot in the head, shoulder and neck and was left in a vegetative state. He has since regained consciousness and some motor control who can now communicate non-verbally. He blames the attack on Black Lives Matter for causing Gavin to retaliate against them and almost lost his life because of it.

Gavin was shot dead by SWAT as the military veteran went around 10 minutes on his mass shooting. He left a note stating he wanted to hurt "bad cops as well as good cops in hopes that the good cops (which are the majority) will be able to stand together and enact justice and punishment against bad cops"

Among the BLM members file against include 31 y/o DeRay Mckesson, a former school admin turned civil rights activists who he claims took part in the nightly protest after Sterling's death and was in "charge" of the march turned into a "riot". It says DeRay did nothing to calm the crowd. DeRay said he has not been made aware of the suit and has not spoken to his lawyer yet about it. His lawyer said that BLM is a movement and not an organization and cannot be sued..

For the THIRD Time in Less than a YEAR, former Oklahoma Police Officer, Shannon Kepler has a MISTRIAL for killing his 18 y/o daughter's Black boyfriend!!

The jurors were deadlocked 6-6 after only deliberating for 4 hours on the first degree murder trial of 19 y/o Jeremy Lake in 2014.

D.A Steve Kunzweiler said he was shocked that a mistrial was declared after a short deliberation..he said "I've never encountered a dynamic like this in 25 years of practice. In my opinion, there should be some compulsion placed on jurors to reach a verdict"

Jurors in the previous 2 trials were 11-1 on the FIRST mistrial and 10-2 on the SECOND mistrial and both of those previous ones were in FAVOUR of GUILT!!

The third trial occurred in late June after a judge ruled that they could have considered a lesser charge of manslaughter if they couldn't agree on first-degree murder but the 12 member jury informed him that they could not reach a unanimous decision on either 2 charges as they were still 6-6.

Shannon and his family CHEERED as they raised their hands out of court lead by attorney Richard O'Carroll said the hung jury is evidence the state should reconsider its prosecution.

But Kunzweiler said "I still am strongly convinced that Mr. Kepler is responsible for the death of Jeremy Lake, and i'm going to evaluate every option that's available to me"

Kepler was a 24 year police vet who retired after he was charged when he shot and killed 19 y/o Jeremy Lake while he was walking with his daughter, Lisa.

His attorney said he was trying to protect his daughter while Kepler claimed he fired in SELF-DEFENSE because Jeremy was armed..There was no weapon on Jeremy.

Lisa was 18 at the time when she met Jeremy while he was volunteering at a homeless shelter where she was staying. Lisa said her parents kicked her out in 2014 and dropped her off at a homeless shelter because she snuck out of the home.

For the THIRD Time in Less than a YEAR, former Oklahoma Police Officer, Shannon Kepler has a MISTRIAL for killing his 18 y/o daughter's Black boyfriend!!

The jurors were deadlocked 6-6 after only deliberating for 4 hours on the first degree murder trial of 19 y/o Jeremy Lake in 2014.

D.A Steve Kunzweiler said he was shocked that a mistrial was declared after a short deliberation..he said "I've never encountered a dynamic like this in 25 years of practice. In my opinion, there should be some compulsion placed on jurors to reach a verdict"

Jurors in the previous 2 trials were 11-1 on the FIRST mistrial and 10-2 on the SECOND mistrial and both of those previous ones were in FAVOUR of GUILT!!

The third trial occurred in late June after a judge ruled that they could have considered a lesser charge of manslaughter if they couldn't agree on first-degree murder but the 12 member jury informed him that they could not reach a unanimous decision on either 2 charges as they were still 6-6.

Shannon and his family CHEERED as they raised their hands out of court lead by attorney Richard O'Carroll said the hung jury is evidence the state should reconsider its prosecution.

But Kunzweiler said "I still am strongly convinced that Mr. Kepler is responsible for the death of Jeremy Lake, and i'm going to evaluate every option that's available to me"

Kepler was a 24 year police vet who retired after he was charged when he shot and killed 19 y/o Jeremy Lake while he was walking with his daughter, Lisa.

His attorney said he was trying to protect his daughter while Kepler claimed he fired in SELF-DEFENSE because Jeremy was armed..There was no weapon on Jeremy.

Lisa was 18 at the time when she met Jeremy while he was volunteering at a homeless shelter where she was staying. Lisa said her parents kicked her out in 2014 and dropped her off at a homeless shelter because she snuck out of the home.

Daniel Dae Kim has broken his silence after leaving the once hit show Hawaii Five-O after a dispute with CBS on EQUAL PAY with it's 2 top stars as he and Grace Park left the show because of wage negotiations breaking down.

He confirmed the news in a lengthy Facebook post addressed to fans and telling them it was a sad and difficult decision.

He wrote "I will not be returning to Hawaii Five-O when production starts next week. Though i made myself available to come back, CBS and i weren't able to agree to terms on a new contract, so i made the difficult choice not to continue"

He thanks the crew and writers and how appreciative for getting cast in a television series where asian actors have been normally ignored...

Daniel wrote "As an Asian American actor, i know first-hand how difficult it is to find opportunities at all, let alone play a well developed three dimentional character like Chin Ho. I will miss him sincerely. What made him even more special is that he was a representative of a place my family and i so dearly love"

Both Daniel and Grace were looking to match the salaries of Alex O'Loughlin and Scott Caan who earn 10-15% more and Daniel concluded "The path to equality is rarely easy"

The shock news broke as hollywood praised their work as the writers of the show thanked them for 168 episodes where they have been with the show since the beginning and have played integral parts on the hit series for 7 seasons.

Daniel also asked his fans to check out his production company's new show shot in Vancouver called "The Good Doctor" a remake of a hit South Korean show of which he is producing.

David Kaltschmidt and his wife Maureen Smith, the lucky Florida couple who won the daily double Powerball Jackpot of 328 MILLION in 2016 have clearly not let that get to their heads as the former poor couple still live in the SAME HOUSE and have barely upgraded their cars and they still use re-usable shopping bags when they go grocery shopping!!

They pocketed the biggest jackpot in history as the frugal couple changed NOTHING in their everyday lives..

Their 3-way share of the record 1.56 billion prize prpelled them to America's SUPER RICH with more than enough funds to buy yachts, supercars and sprawling mansions..

They decided to stay put in their modest 300,000 Florida home and go to the same shops and restaurants and STILL play POWERBALL!

One person said "They have hundreds of millions burning a hole in their pocket but it's almost as if nothing has changed. They are as conservative as ever."

71 y/o Maureen still does weekly shopping and chats with staff as she continues to buy powerball tickets time to time

20 y/o Tommy Le from Washington State was shot and killed by police earlier this month as they believed he was wielding a KNIFE or SHARP OBJECT but was actually holding a PEN!!

He was just hours away from high school graduation from Career Link, an alternative high school program at South Seattle College..

The police received multiple calls on June 13th about gunshots in the neighborhood at Burien.

Deputies who arrived discovered a homeowner who had fired a "warning shot" at a man later identified as Le who was approaching with what the homeowner believed to be a knife or sharp object..

The homeowner ran inside of his house and Le began stabbing his door with the "sharp object" yelling he was the "Creator".

Police said Tommy did not comply with orders and he did not drop the object and that tasers were not "effective" and Cesar Molina shot him 3 times!!

Spokesperson Cindi West said Molina had a 40 hour Crisis Intervention Training which had been citd as a way to better train enforcement in how to handle mental health situations without resorting to violence..he is now on administrative leave

Le's family are now grappling with questions on his death and the narrative provided by the police.

His father, Sunny said "I'm so angry. I want to know what happened to my son"...

It's been revealed that Tommy only weighed 100 POUNDS as well and the description of him being an aggressive assailant don't appear to match with the person his teachers and classmates knew.

Curt Peterson his teacher said "I could tell you 100 people i would have imagined this happening to before him. If we had a discipline file on Tommy, it would be completely empty. He was the sweetest kid in the world and he didn't have an aggressive bone in his body"

Cindy Crawford's aspiring 15 y/o Model Daughter, Kaia Gerber sparked outrage after she posted a "sexy selfie" of herself in a BATHROBE with her SHOULDERS EXPOSED!!

She captioned the picture with "uniform" and her followers were quick to lash out at her

One follower said "too young" while encouraging her to cover up as another agreed and said it was not "appropriate" because of her age!!
