People shouldnt have to dig through trash for stuff that is still perfectly fine to eat. That's the thing about expiration dates - it's just an estimate. There isn't some switch that clicks over from good to bad after a specific number of days. Some things don't go bad until way after the expiration date, but it's there as a legal requirement. --- |

Sounds reasonable to me. It's not like they're talking about fining random people on the street who may or may not know someone is transgender. A caregiver should definitely know better, and the nature of their interactions with patients puts them in a unique position to emotionally abuse people. --- |
