Tattoos are completely optional. But that being said, it is kind of BS how the military will fluctuate in policy like that. I don't think any service was as bad as the Army about it, though. I feel like the Army is the least predictable branch. You can get in trouble fairly early on in your career but allowed to stay in and even re-enlist. But as soon as they start downsizing and reviewing records, that NJP you got ten years prior will come back to bite you in the ass.

Every opinion can be framed as offensive in some way. Is saying 41% of trans have tried to commit suicide offensive or just the facts?

https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Suicide_in_the_United_States#Military

But why single out transgenders?

Not to mention he's using a blank statistic that involves every transgender in the country, and applying it to only the ones in the military

No one would have those statistics (regarding transgenders in the military) because transgenderism/gender dysphoria was banned in the military until literally a year ago (plus a couple days). And not everyone who is transgender is required to register as such in the military and those are supposed to be fairly confidential statistics as well. And based on statistics I've seen, they don't track things like DUIs or suicide attempts by demographic, except for maybe gender, but to the military a person is either male or female, regardless if they are transgender or not.

I personally don't think it was right to specify any one country, it was rather extreme speech in that regard (especially from a diplomatic perspective). He could have easily just said that those in the military have sworn to uphold an oath that they will obey the orders of those appointed over them, and that the military is ready to execute the orders of the commander-in-chief, and that would have been fine.

I don't know why he had to say "oh yeah we're just gonna start nuking people".

Even then, the reason they wanted to use in order to prevent transgender people from serving was that they wanted to save money by not paying for their surgeries. They simply could have just made that rule and call it a day, but instead chose to ban them outright showing their true colors.

1 - No one says anything about an outright ban. If anything, they were already "banned" because the previous policy was one that did not allow for transgender members to openly serve even, sort of like DADT. And no one even knows what this latest round of Trump Twitter Idiocy is even going to entail because it's even more half-baked than normal.
2 - It's not just about one time operations (many people who suffer from gender dysphoria don't even get transition surgeries), it's more about the ongoing costs of repeated doctor visits and prescription medications that are costly.
3 - Also a person who has to undergo a lot of this, per the instructions that were published last year, would theoretically be unavailable for many types of military assignments for an extended amount of time which places an extra undue burden on people that aren't undergoing these.

Anyway those are some of the key arguments, take it as you will. I'm not advocating for or against, just trying to paint a fuller picture.

"Laptop version" of PC games is not a thing, they just have blanket system requirements. At any rate, Undertale's are pretty friggin' low:

MINIMUM:
OS: Windows XP, Vista, 7, 8, or 10
Memory: 2 GB RAM
Graphics: 128MB
Space: 200 MB

REKOMMENDERADE:
OS: Windows XP, Vista, 7, or 10
Processor: 2GHz+
Memory: 3 GB RAM
Graphics: 512MB
Space: 200 MB

(These are pulled directly from the Steam page). So... If you have any computer newer than XP and don't have a Pentium 2 or Celeron processor you should be good.

I went to a SEGA arcade in Japan which was pretty baller... Two stories, the first floor had typical arcade games and a lot of music / rhythm games.
Second floor... was all gambling related. Half of it was those Japanese slot machines that play through games while you keep putting in money. The other half was a horse racing simulator... five rows of seats where people could breed and raise and race their horses. I've seen that game in the US before but not like this.

Anyway, I'll always remember it because the one guy that was there was half passed out with a cigarette in his mouth racing his horse. it was the weirdest thing ever.

It's one of my favorite and least favorite parts of the games.
It adds actual story to something that is otherwise a "collect the items and kill things through parkour" simulator.
But the fact that the gameplay is so monotonous and slow means that by the time I get to the actual story sections (ie, outside the Animus), I just don't have the patience or time to read through the files and listen to the conversations and see all the details and crap.

Especially in Black Flag where there'd be a 10 minute long recording but no basic fast forward/rewind mechanics for the audio...

Thankfully you actually aren't pulled out too often from the actual game itself.
That being said... I hope you enjoy just sailing around and collecting things because once you actually get down to going through the story it's actually pretty crappy.

In a way, it reminded me of Mad Max - fun to screw around in and kill for the side contracts, but the actual core story was a minimal and miserable experience.
