Meh. I was interested until that teaser came out where everyone is running around in that casually racist cliche african bush garb you use to see in early Hollywood when it came to representing africans. I was not expecting that. I don't find it offensive. I just think it's looks really stupid. Like really really stupid.

Either be cool ass future culture as in the above poster. Or go for the weird James Earl Jones grasshopper king bs costumes like from the Exorcist 2 where everyone and everything is still centuries behind the rest of the world. Combining the two, then you wind up with the indians on Mars from Futurama. And for a cartoon going for laughs that's fine. This. Not so much.

My home is valued at 167k on that Zillow site. It was 230k before everything crashed in like 2006.
I'm in one of the poorest, cheapest to live in towns in almost all of SoCal.
So they need to pay me 10% more than what a similar hose to mine is worth in any other town around here. Because 167k isn't going to buy me shit around here. Same style home, same year, same size, same property size is about 350k just one town over. And about 100 miles in every direction.
I would have to move to Utah or the midwest to find something like my home at that same price.

As it is my whole area of town was rezoned industrial about 20 years ago. Because fuck everyone that doesn't live in the massive old folks gated community. (The entire city council was made of of theose fuckers for decades until the town districted last year. Now they can only have one member on the council. The fuckers.)

My god. Should tell everyone what kind of financial problems are in store for your lives when the woman is spending anywhere close to that amount on a damn one day thing.

Rent a cheap hall. There's one in my downtown that's advertised like $1500 with all decor included for whatever the event is. There has to be ones like that everywhere.
Find some cheap guy that will play non-offensive classical or jazz or something off some CDs. Or just find a stereo and tune into a similar radio station.
Don't go through the catholic church if you're a part of it. That'll save 6 months of classes and a few hundred bucks. Find a cheap minister. Or maybe you know someone who has one of those licenses off the internet.
Rent a tux or just use whatever suit you already have.
The woman needs to just stick to a standard dress off the rack at like Dress Barn. Ditch the white cliche. Who is anyone really fooling with that old representation anyway?
Find a caterer like Juan Pollo, a local mexican restaurant, or cheap local italian. You want food that's cheap and goes a long way.
Order your basic wedding cake at the grocery store.

All in all it should come in under $3k. And I still feel like that's splurging quite a bit.

My whole family are a bunch of losers so I'm actually on the cusp of buying a new single person tent and just do camping alone. I've been on them to set a date where we all have off so we can reserve a site. Been on them since February.
They have collectively devolved into the laziest people I have ever known. They really have. They would all rather just sit in all their individual bedrooms and play on their phones. And these are all adults mind you! We don't even eat a meal together anymore outside of a major holiday.

These asses are already the reason I see movies alone, go to football games alone, go out to eat alone, etc. I don't deal with work people, yuk. Not because I want to do any of this alone but because none of them can make time in their busy days of doing fuck all nothing to do it. So I guess I'll add camping to that list. Whatever. I'm just annoyed right now and felt like venting. Just found out last night we lost Thanksgiving this year to one of my mother's friends. Who doesn't make enough food to get leftovers out of and that's 90% of Thanksgiving to me. And I do all the work anyway. So I feel like I've kind of been robbed of a holiday. Already planning to do a small turkey and all the trimmings for myself and my aunts (who will not attend it at an unknown's house) on the Sunday after.

Age 13-25. I would say a 1/10. Acne was so damn bad despite every thing I tried.

Now at 35. I definitely look better. Like 5/10. Now a lot of that is to do with the fact that everyone else my age has seen their looks go down the tubes and their weight go to XXL size. So finally losing the acne despite a small breakout now and then. Dye the white out of my hair. Finally happy with my weight (too skinny before 20 but too heavy before 30). Actually have facial hair that isn't in patches but I do keep that shit shaved.
It is truly sad and horrible to admit this. But it wasn't until I was in my 30s that I could see myself in a mirror and see a man instead of an ugly ass 20 something teenager with a deformed and disproportioned body.

And those loud asshats are nothing but sissies at the end of the day who don't know the real world outside their city limits.
So in some fantasy hypothetical. CA's ability to take care of itself stems from all the areas these dummies don't live in. The rest of the state would choke the life out of those zits full of zealots before the feds even put together a plan. Power generating facilities? Not in LA or the Bay. Agriculture? Not there. Their water sources? Not there either. And all those areas that have these things. Conservative areas.

But this is all giving these idiots too much credit. They would just burn their own areas down in rioting protests while everyone else can just watch.

It was great in the beginning. It went downhill fast starting right at the stupidity of the Craver's identity in that one season finale though. Then by the time they moved to LA it was over.
I tried catching up a little but the episode that truly did me in. The one where I simply turned if off and never watched a second more of the series after that. When that old lady kills some guy by pulling out a gigantic comical teddy bear stuffing machine and stuffs him to death. That shit looked like that scene from The Naked Gun W. T. F?

I will give it this. The one scene where he's having rough sex with the blowup doll and starts imagining it's his wife. Then it turns to her and he's getting really idk if violent is the right word. That was the most uncomfortable scene I've ever watched on tv. Enough that I turned it off and just went to bed with that feeling like I did something wrong watching that. Found out later my mother and brother both watching separately, had the same reaction to it.

There's a curiosity with it for some. Like that 90 minute documentary online of people committing suicide by jumping off the Golden Gate. I saw that one. Idk. There's something sad and horrifying but also fascinating about it. Of course that's that.

Just accidental death videos? I assume we're talking about that fair ride accident. It's pretty tame. At this point I think I've seen it all of course. I just look at it with a clinical view. The what happened. The anatomy of the accident itself. Like the 1955 Le Mans disaster, that Nevada air race crash a few years ago or that Ukraine air show crash like a decade ago. Now that one is not for the faint of heart. 70+ people getting sliced into pieces as a fighter jet skims across a crowd and the crashes.
After you see that one there's not anything you can't see.

And who they want are people who have a good head on their shoulders, know their place and can take orders. People who can't even come to grips with the reality of what sex they were born as says a lot about the mental health of that person. I do my scrambled eggs with a splash of milk, salt, dill and either butter or olive oil to cook them in.

I have not heard from then since like 2000. I had no idea they were even still around. Well I guess it's only the lead singer that's left of the originals. And Travis Barker? I had no idea he was a part of them now either.

Let me share this similar story for everyone. From my own personal experience growing up.
I grew up being raised by my two old fashioned mexican grandparents. She made your standard mexican food probably 4 times a week. Tacos, enchiladas, burritos, tostadas, etc. with beans and rice.
But then every single time we went out anywhere out of town. Shopping every fucking Sunday of my life, all day. Or a hundred times more irritating, when we would be on vacation. Every. Single. Vacation. They would have to look for a mexican restaurant. To have the same mother fucking food we could have any damn day of the week at home!
Chinese in San Francisco? American in Santa Fe? Italian? BBQ? Here we are. We're in St. George Utah. Durango Colorado. Can we have something different? Nope. We have to find the fucking mexican restaurant. We have to leave Yosemite and the Grand Canyon early to get to the nearest town before 5pm to find the fucking mexican restaurant.

This is harsh. But it wasn't until they were both dead that I/we as a family could finally go eat at other places. My god it's such a relief. I've now had that Chinese food in Frisco and eaten at the fancy restaurant on the edge of the Grand Canyon (just two weeks ago in fact).
