Depression, bad physical health, sleep issues etc. caused massive cognitive drop for me. I'm reaching fucking Forrest Gump sooner or later if this keeps up. To be fair though, my latest test was done when my sleeping schedule was upside down, so i got to sleep 4 hours before the test, and without caffeine or food. If i'm dehydrated it makes my sleep so bad i feel more tired after waking up than i did when i went to sleep. It also makes it really long to fall asleep, and makes me wake up for no reason. Take melatonin and magnesium (citrate) before bed. Stretch your legs properly everyday. Hell, do the whole body, lol. --- What's cooler than werewolf? Wereman! |
