I read a couple parts of it. I think the tl;dr version is that various girls showed him some sort of affection (as a friend, not romantically) over the course of the last 7+ years, but they never hooked up. The guy is obsessing over these encounters nearly a decade later and half the girls barely remember him. The one common theme I saw is the guy never made his intentions known so he has no one to blame but himself. I guess he somehow hit a tipping point of loneliness and lost his mind.

The hard thing about being a socially handicapped loner who sucks at talking to women is that most of them can't just come right out and tell you all the things wrong with you because they're secretly terrified of the very real possibility that you'll harm them or stalk them.
