_BlueMonk 09/04/17 1:57:10 AM #1:	i was in an intersection turning left. i dont remember seeing any other car. i was signaling. there were no lines in the intersection to denote lanes. as far as i thought/rememebred, it was only one lane. so i turn left, and the guy hits me from behind, hitting my back left side. i feel real crummy about it. i dont know if it was 100% my fault cuz i dont know what was supposed to happen and what really happened. all i know is that i turned left, he hit me. no one was hurt. both our cars have dents but its only body damage. i think the guy doesnt have insurance cuz he kept wanting me to just settle it without our insurance, but i insisted i still get that information. then he said he left his insurance at home. cool... --- One in a Million, TWICE! Most likely there were actually two left turn lanes and TC cut the turn too sharp from the outside lane-- easy to do when cities/counties don't keep up with maintenance and keep their lines painted. BlueMonk, my advice to you: protect yourself. Whether you think it was your fault or not, whether you feel guilty or not, don't admit to anything or you'll get taken advantage of.
