Geez, if Boogie was that nervous around her to the point where he thought any little thing he did could be perceived as an attack towards her, then that's unhealthy and he shouldn't associate himself with her. The only bullshit part of that fight that I find is that sometimes it glitches and I end up falling through the boss after hitting it, and end up touching the arm and dying. Other than that it's kinda easy to figure out when you can hit it.

You'll laugh, but Super Mario Galaxy.

It's mostly because of the art direction. There were certain sights in the game that just gave me a huge smile on my face. Most notable one was that stage where you first fight that lava octopus boss. When you get up to the top of the planetoid, see the sun in the distance and the light shimmering on the hardened lava, that was such a sight.

Give it a proper HD makeover and give us the option to use traditional or motion controls.

I could see them doing an option for motion controls or dual-stick controls instead of the traditional Prime 1/2 style, simply because of Prime 3. Things would have to be re-designed in Prime 3 to accomodate the 1/2 control scheme.

I keep putting off Metroid Prime 2 because I heard you really need to dedicate yourself to that game or you'll lose what you were doing. Metroid Prime 4 finally gives me the motivation to get through it.

It's not really that bad. The game gives waypoints if you get lost, but it...kinda takes a while for them to pop up.

Even in a casual game that random tripping is fucking bullshit. Like, imagine in Mario Kart if you would just randomly spin out for no reason. It's trash mechanic that ruins the game.

It's probably why they got rid of that from Mario Kart 64 on the higher speeds. (You'd spin out if you change directions too quickly.)

Part of it's nostalgia but I still legitimately enjoy playing it. Camera has aged terribly but I like how Mario controls. He's the most maneuverable in any 3D Mario game to date. (Mario Odyssey is looking to overtake that...)

This, plus the fact that it's nearly impossible to punish people or do follow-ups, and the existence of tripping.

I can understand him wanting things more accessible for casuals but he went a little too far. The only way the game is fun is FFAs with all items on High. Anything less is just meh. Smash 4 did a much better job reaching a balance (plus has a much better roster, abundance of FE characters notwithstanding).

I don't get what you're trying to say. "Spirit of Metroid"? They're not capturing it right? Sounds to me like you're still salty about them putting a DMCA on AM2R. Samus Returns looks perfectly fine and actually furthers the 2D Metroid formula even further. AM2R, while great, is basically just another Zero Mission and doesn't do much to re-invent the formula.

Also as someone said, Samus Returns was in development long before they put a DMCA on the fan project. This isn't just something quick they whipped up, or is reactionary in any way.

The entire plot of the story was about Joker basing everything around a person he didn't even care about until the last quarter of the story. It was stupid, to say the least, and made absolutely no sense.

He formed the assassins because Batman already had a reputation (it's confirmed to be "year 2" of Batman's career). He didn't become obsessed with Batman until after the fact. Also, it clearly referenced The Killing Joke in terms of Joker's "origin" so he already met Batman before he became evil. Call it a "revenge plot."

Yes, I do think Origins has a better story than City. Taking away from the fact that Joker's the bad guy, again, it's got a better structure and more of a focus. City's was a clusterfuck full of distractions from the main plot, starting in the very first few minutes. It also has more interesting story segments. Bane was well-done and more true to his character than how he was in the other games. The Mr. Freeze story DLC was fantastic. The bosses were the most interesting in the entire series, barring City's Mr. Freeze boss.

To add on to that, the Riddler sidequest wasn't as cumbersome to accomplish thanks to far fewer collectibles to find. I could go on, really. Origins is severely underrated.

We're here talking about how either one should've handled the situation, but this is armchair debating. We don't know what we would do in the heat of the moment, if we were in either parties' shoes. We may come up with logical solutions to situations, but nobody can do that with split second decisions right in a touchy situation unless you're a prodigy.

Fact of the matter is, this was a very unfortunate incident and we just have to look at how the aftermath is being treated. And from what I learned it seems the cop lied about the situation.

Just checked an FAQ to be sure and where I stopped was well after the Cloudburst stuff. In any case, from that to the end is like 6 missions so I couldn't have had that much left.

Still, hated that mission, in any case.

Hm. I confused that with something towards the middle of the game then. I don't entirely remember the game as it's been a while since I got back to it (also before anyone says something...I hardly remember every event in the other Arkham games...so that speaks nothing about Knight's quality).
