In case anyone was unaware, Adverse Possession is a real thing. If you live in an abandoned property for a determinant amount of time, then you now have title to the property (there are other elements to that of course but thats the gist of it).

This exists to stop landlords from leaving property abandoned and in disrepair which would hurt property values. If the property is truly abandoned, then the squatter can take ownership over it after a period of time set out by the state government.

That being said, the average is 10 years of continuous use. 30 days is nonsensical and a ridiculous NYC law.

I'm not a believer in the other three 1 seeds. Purdue always chokes. Houston just got murdered in their last game. UNC I feel is a class below Uconn, Purdue, and Houston at the top of the rankings. I have all three of them not making it out of their region.

I have known people who do drives and they build up a clientele and then just drive privately for the people they know with no Lyft or Uber as the middleman. Only on days where they have no one to drive do they go back to the app. That would be the best bet for making money anyway.

These types of shame campaigns are always about trying to appear like you're helping versus actually helping. These knobs don't really care, they just want to self-congratulatory pat themselves and others on the back.

All I read about is this movie is dying at the theaters, no one is playing this game, etc. Skull and Bones by Ubisoft is the latest one to completely bomb. I'm stunned anyone at Ubisoft thought that was a good idea since Sea of Thieves has existed for years and probably cost a fraction of the 200 million that Skull and Bones cost. Do these companies just throw millions at any random idea these days? If so, maybe I should get one of them to pay me for the game I'm making lol.

I remember when Nike started making the NBA jerseys and those were a disaster too for the first year or two. They were so lightweight and breathable, that they would just rip at a hint of tugging.

Nike took control of the MLB sponsorship in 2019, but idk if this is the year they made big changes. The uniforms are still being made by Fanatics but Nike is designing them so Fanatics is just doing what Nike says.

I want a pair of 80s Nike Vandals so bad. The ones Kyle Reese wore in Terminator.

The Stussy collab Vandal is similar and it's pretty cheap. The strap black instead of grey and the swoosh is knit instead of leather, but its the closest thing. The acutal Terminator one seems pretty hard to get.
