I really like Rebirth's since there's a lot of stuff to do. I've seen people say it's repetitive but I like what they did. 16's was overall meh, imo.

16 had nothing to do for the entire game though. Like, even the sidequests get recommended to skip by fans. Everything outside of the main story beats are really poor

Tales has always had kind of gross world maps. I mean, Tales hardly has real effort put into it.

FF and DQ had great ones. Especially starting for, the ps1 era. Ff9 had a beautiful one with a minigame attached to it, lots of secret areas, friendly monsters to find, and that music.

FF7 and 8 had a bunch of well hidden optional areas too. I never used a guide for 8 and I still havent found everything in that game.

You can easily play these by creating an NSO linked account to a Japanese account. If you have an account in your home country, you can simply make a new profile and link it to a Japanese account on the same console, and download the JP NSO apps. There is exclusive stuff on there too (nothing too interesting though)

Social media is really harmful for young kids, and even some adults. I feel like something should be done to keep kids away from it, but at the same time, i feel any government doing it would just be trying to keep kids from teaching other kids about the bad things adults do.

Just watched some random video on my playlist of a guy talking about early AS, and he clearly didnt watch it and just had to assume everything, or said his parents wouldnt let him watch it.

Same with game reviewers. Guys like King K who were in grade school when KH2 came out, or who claim their first game ever was some Spongebob Gamecube game.

Theres nothing wrong with being young, but why are trying to show this stuff to people when they cant even understand the context of when it came out?

I've seen a few post Infinity War- Endgame Marvel movies and I think the only thing that felt worth watching was GotG 3.

I don't think they'll ever have another villain threat like Thanos that will work well enough to drive an entire franchise of films. The scale of what he was able to do can only be done once in a story without having going into shark jumping multiverse bullshit to escalate things further.

Doom, Galactus, Apocalypse.

They seem to be stuck on villains nobody cares about though.

I think a problem that wed have to find a way to address first would be people raising the prices of stuff. Like rent or whatever It would suck if after UBI, some places started resisting the rent since they know the people around them would have extra money That would suck

I heard that it is decent on its own, but it really hurts a lot of the better moments in the OG, like Aangs backstory, personality, Kyoshi Warriors, and Sokka not being a bigot (which was a great redemption story for him).

Its a game nobody asked for about a character nobody is very enthralled about, plus the added stigma of being a kid game for girls.

In Japan, it has been unseasonably cold. Like, December levels of cold.

February was very warm.

The only one that bothers me is Mimikyu. Like, they are born in a costume? And they always make it look like Pikachu? Drawn with a crude crayon? It would have been better if it were a legendary or mythical. These are common Pokemon.

Almost as weird as Kanghaskahn giving birth to a Kanga with a baby, or Cubone with the skull from birth.

There is Hisuian Voltorb who takes after the ancient pokeballs made of apricots or whatever it was.

I'd argue some nostalgia is at play too. He was the first one. And I think Voltorb and Electrode were the only object pokemon in Gen 1.

Japan used to be ahead in the 80-2010.

Now they are behind on everything that isnt recycling and gun control.

They still use fax machines daily, and Yahoo has a huge presence out here.

I live in Hamamatsu.

The Tokyo experience is incredibly different. Its like a different country. I highly suggest going to other places if you want to see what Japan is really like.

Still, have fun. Tokyo is still a fun place. Just dont think it represents anything normal.

My grandma had an old computer around 1994. I dont remember what it ran on. It was definitely a PC, so maybe windows . Def not 95.

Anyway there was nothing on it except for old programs like Lotus Works.

She had Shanghai 2, Solitaire, and Minesweeper.

We never had more games or other things downloaded to it,

Then, around 99 or 2000, my family got a computer. I remember how excited we all were. We got that entertainment desk everyone had too. I dont know if we had the internet at first. I do know it was Windows 98. We had a few games. Millennium Gamepack, which was a co pilation of mostly bad shovelware. We had Sim Safari, Sim Cooter (which wouldnt run), anither Sim game with a car (that wouldnt run) and. Maybe one more Sim game. We also had burned copies if Hexxen 2 which my mom hated because it was evil.

Eventually got the internet, and I found Neopets and that was my entry into the dark future of online message boards,
