It's probably the little things like this that aren't overlooked in a game from a studio like Rockstar or Naughty Dog or whatever that pushes the budget up for those games while Square-Enix works with what they're given.

They did fix this door in the PS5 and PC port.

They were not charging people money. Unless the Patreon offered early releases of the emulator? I haven't looked into it that much. But the emulator was definitely free to download.

There's not an alternative 3DS emulator as far as I know, and 3DSes are no longer sold nor is it possible to buy games for it.
