I don't think it usually ranks too high in popularity recently, but it still does pretty well and sells better than Nurarihyon too I think. It'll likely get a natural ending whenever it decides to end.

Haikyuu is still too recent to make any calls on how long it will last. I can see why people might think Reborn is ending since Tsuna is seeming pretty boss-like right now. He can always easily revert back to not wanting to do anything though to extend the series >_>

I like all of the Tales of games i've played aside from Symphonia 2. Aside from the Phantasia GBA port I think I own all of the English ones since the GC/PS2 up to current gen. Not sure where I'd rank Symphonia aside from somewhere from 3rd to 2nd last.

I'm still in the main game on 105 hours or so. Mostly been grinding for A and B arte titles since the AI was taking forever to get them. I probably spent too much of the game playing as Pascal too since I have all of her A and B arte titles already while everybody else has half or less.

I don't know what the original source was, but I remember the other games on the chart looking pretty possible. I think I'd at least believe that chart more over somebody on a forum who supposedly has insider info that Namco has never bothered to announce. At least I haven't seen them mention the slightest the bit of info on how Graces f did anywhere anyways.

I saw a pre-order chart that had Graces f at 105k with 1 week to US launch. 63k LTD just seems really weird since it came out 3 months ago. That would mean about half the people decided not to buy it and effectively kill the series since Tales fans know better than anyone that not buying the games pretty much means a really good chance of never seeing any again.

Pokemon doing as well as expected. It'll hit 5 million before we know it. P4G up to 21.4% attach rate now according to l3fty. I'm so glad to see it doing well, but it pretty much is the only big title on the Vita and the best game worth owning.

So I've heard, but it's not a hit as far as sales go. I was talking about the huge 40,000+ ones. Something doesn't have to sell well to be good and likewise just because something sells well it doesn't mean it's good.

Comic of the week last week for me was Blue Beetle. It was already amazing and that last page just made it even more incredible. Birds of Prey was 2nd.

Some maybe interesting info from FF staff. “We are also thinking that we will not do large-scale internal development any longer,” Toriyama said. “We have a lot of great creators in Square Enix, but for larger-scale development we will be doing more distributed and outsourced development to reach our targets on time.”

Final Fantasy XIII had over 200 people working on it: 180 artists, 30 programmers, and 36 game designers. Having a team of that size made managing communication and user-testing difficult. Square decided they would resolve these issues with XIII-2 by adopting western technology and western production techniques learnt through GDC and through Eidos, which is now owned by Square Enix.

“We feel like we need to add more buffer time for player testing in the future,” Toriyama admitted. “We improved for FFXIII-2, but it’s still not enough time to add everything we learn back into the game.”

I wonder if they'll start doing this for FFvs13 since it is taking an eternity to get anywhere.

Admittedly I haven't played it a lot, but the little I played of Mario on the 3DS felt kind of weird with the slide pad. It'll take some getting used to I guess.
