I've only saved once or twice most rounds (I try to sneak in one save most rounds) is I am not really sure how I'd tier the FFX moments. I started to save the farplanes but wasn't upset when that went out or anything. FFX is one of my ten favorite games ever and upon replaying it a couple of years ago I realized something: I just loved it as a whole so much.

but Blitz is fun.

Yeah uh... The s2 was competitive with the 4s. A lot of phones out today absolutely wreck its face in, with the s3 being the best phone out there. By a lot. Its competition is the HTC one x, which also schools the 4s. Fact is that if you want a new phone, you... Really, really can't top the s3 right now. Only possible exceptions are specialized ones like nokia's camera ones or the Galaxy note, which is more of a hybrid between tablet and phone. S3 is close to that, but not quite.

Score one for the advertising department of Apple then, not too worried about it tbh.

Doctor Doom watched as the man some had ridiculously chosen to label as Mr. Fantastic attempted to piece the parts of the fallen Regirock back together to no avail.

Perhaps Doom should offer some glue.

Reed finally stopped his effort and dropped the rock he had attempted to make fit into a larger section of stone. He glanced down at the Pokeball at his waist but did not remove it from his belt.

“Doom has already said that he has a schedule to maintain. Choose your next Pokemon, Richards. I might even be kind enough to let this one live if you hurry.”

That seems incredibly unlikely.

Reed suddenly got a calculating look in his eyes and responded. “Actually, I think that's all from us for now. I concede the battle on behalf of the entire Fantastic Four.” Susan's head snapped around at Reed's proclamation. She hadn't even had a chance to show her Pokemon!

Doom considered Reed Richards' words carefully. The man had never known when to concede in the past and Doom had to assume this was not a late in life growth spurt to the man's brain. The man obviously thought he had come up with a clever idea of some kind that made forfeiting this battle an optimal play on his part.

Cute.

“Well? You would win Victor, I know how much you enjoy winning,” Richards said.

Doom shrugged. “Victory against you lost its meaning long ago. Much the same way one does not give oneself a parade for managing to simply draw breath, I take no innate enjoyment from doling out to you your lot in life.” Doom did not feel the need to mention he gave himself parades simply because he was Doom. Without saying anything related to his glorious parades, he continued. “However Doom is gracious in victory and accepts your … humble request of concession with but one condition.”

Reed smiled. That had been easier than he that it was going to be! “Name it, Victor.”

“I shall have one of Susan's Pokemon.”

Susan scoffed. “I worked hard to train these, to think that I would just let you-”

“That's agreeable, Victor,” Richards interjected. “Susan dear, give him one of your Pokemon.”

Sue Storm looked as if she was trying to kill her husband with the look she gave him. After several long seconds she relented and without emotion tossed a Pokeball to Doom who reached out and caught it.

Reed was all smiles. “Our business is concluded then. Until next we meet Victor.” Reed opened a portal to their home dimension and the “Fantastic” Four departed from the land of Kanto.

Doom looked down at the newly acquired Pokeball in amusement. This was four times now that he had liberated a Pokemon from a lesser trainer. Once this world was officially his he would be sure to build himself a statue in tribute to the kindness he displayed towards these poor, unfortunate creatures. That would have to wait for now, the present demanded that Doom check in on Meowth to see how his minion was progressing with the task given to him. Doom would be displeased if Doom's many triumphs since leaving Meowth were dampened by the Pokemon's incompetence at accomplishing a singular task.

Doom knew exactly three million ways to skin a cat, and all of them were extremely painful for the cat.

This Inferno nerf was 100% required for anyone sane to play Inferno. It wasn't impossible, but we are talking about 10k armor/1000 resists and still struggling in Act IV for some people.

No it's called buff Barbarian and Monk.

Like I said upping their passive DR and giving them a passive cc reduction would probably balance them fine. Since they have to get close to hit they should be able to better take hits and better mitigate CC without gear. 30% clearly wouldn't be enough. But 50% and 20% CC reduction or so? Could see this being enough for them to handle inferno as well as anyone else.

Maybe but this way everyone stops complaining. Let's face it: You are the 1% of people who are like "aww, it isn't hard anymore." I am not even saying you are wrong about just buffing barbs/monks, but a lot of other classes who just had a lot of bad players were whining and Blizzard wants to keep the most happy by sacrificing the wants of the few.

The problem with Inferno is simple: There are five difficulty levels, for five different classes.

Wizards have the most tools to negate the bars set forth in Inferno. They can avoid damage completely and have skills which allow them to make mistakes and still come out alive to continue to fight.

Demon Hunters deal an overwhelming amount of damage and can avoid damage if skilled enough. They do not have the ability to make mistakes though.

Witch Doctors have the advantage of some considerable burst and the natural advantage of being ranged, but can be overwhelmed easier than the above two classes if not played precisely.

Barbs and Monks take turns trying to scrape by enough gear to be able to do anything. This Inferno nerf was 100% required for anyone sane to play Inferno. It wasn't impossible, but we are talking about 10k armor/1000 resists and still struggling in Act IV for some people.

I was able to kill my first elite group in act 1 solo.

Even if I was unable I would be more than capable of loading act 1, clearing all the zombie until the cathedral, rinse and repeat until I had an upgrade of some kind.

That's assuming i didn't want to just run hell again and buy upgrades that will allow me to more than handle act 1 inferno for 100k each.

I... don't recall this being true, FD <_<.

I remember your dying screams. Or maybe that was red and you were taking advantage of wizards being crazy OP.

Word of note: Wizards have absolutely no perspective on this game's difficulty.

Well I don't need a greater challenge yet. I'm just saying... if the game stayed in this form I'd be done with it in a few months if I stayed interested that long.

Though if Inferno A1 is one shotting you as ranged uh... you had a hell of a time getting through Hell too. A1 Inferno is not really a big jump from A4 Hell. I actually think it's easier in a lot of ways because A4 enemies have better attack patterns than A1 enemies-- the only way it's kinda harder is that you're more likely to get absurd boss combos.

You are literally crazy. They hit several times harder. Proven fact. No idea what you are talking about.

As a melee character I... was 4-5 shot in A1 with hell gear. Many people were 1 or 2 shot in A1 with hell gear. The thing is now so many people have act 2, act 3/4 gear and it isn't as punishing because we are now geared. I have 8500 armor and 850 resists and stuff in Act 3/4 can still work me over if I don't play extremely smart.

If you want a greater challenge... well fair enough. Hopefully we get some more content.

Wow, I thought you were saying something about having trouble thinking up fights. I mean everything is so awesome I can't decide which battle I like most.

Well something happened to me Sunday and I flipped a switch. As a writer I have my off days and my on days. When I start singing to myself "Good Life" randomly that generally means I am in a great place and it reflects in my writing. I am in the kind of zone writing right now that led me to write 20k words for my Naruto fanfic a couple of years back in a three day span. I don't always have this level of focus though, as you guys have seen in some of my breaks recently.

I am glad you enjoy the fights though. I do struggle with them a bit, but I try my best to keep my quality control with Doom extremely high.

Like 3.5 inch screens. 4 minimum is the way to go, and the s3 with its delicious 4.8 is insane yet it feels great. Really, you could have gone with over half a dozen better, depending on the carrier.

I considered the s3, I kind of flipped a coin at the end between that and the 4s. I don't really care much about screen size, as several people who game with me will be able to tell you I am super blind regardless of how big the screen I am looking at is.

Doctor Doom watched as his nemesis Reed Richards confidently stepped forward to confront him. It was almost admirable how delusional Richards remained even after all of their many encounters to have a shred of confidence left anywhere within him, much less enough to believe he could best Doom; the level of dedication required to maintain such a farce in one's own mind must have been staggering.

“I now understand why my Pokemon were unable to beat yours when we last met, Victor,” Richards said with certainty.

“Doubtful,” Doom replied.

Richards narrowed his eyes. “It was because the Pokemon I had picked out were useless. Their legendary status had clearly been overblown, therefore you were able to overpower them. Since then I have done research into the true legends of this world which will be used to bring you to your knees!”

The rest of the Fantastic Four slowly inched away from the man. Whenever Richards began to talk crazy it was usually a bad idea to be within needle range of the man, who had a very long reach.

Doom did not deign such a pathetic thought with a reply, which Richards took as a sign to continue speaking.

“Behold, my latest capture! Go, Regirock!” Reed threw out his Pokeball and a hulking stone golem appeared in front of the Hitmonchan.

Regirock, the the legendary Stone Pokemon. Myths say that-

The Doomdex was interrupted by the noise of the Hitmonchan pushing off the ground towards the Regirock. It did not want to waste time listening to a computer speak about fun facts.

“Reflect, Regirock!” Reed shouted. A shimmering barrier surrounded the Regirock as the Hitmonchan drew closer. It was now protected as well as it could be from physical attacks.

The Hitmonchan reared back its right fist, which began to glow white, and unleashed a full swing just as it reached the barrier. A very loud crack could be heard as the barrier turned red for a moment before fading away entirely under the intensity of the punch. The Hitmonchan wasted no time readying a second punch, this one much quicker, aimed directly at the midsection of the Regirock. As it connected cleanly with the Pokemon several fracture lines could be seen in the various rocks that made up its body. As Hitmonchan withdrew its gloved hand the Regirock fell apart silently and without protest, much to Reed Richards' horror.

“That was pathetic even for you, Richards.”

None of the other members of the “Fantastic” Four trusted themselves to sound honest in their disagreement, so they chose to stay silent.

My ipod is filled with his songs, I have multiple albums floating around my computer, and I don't even bother trying to rank his songs anymore, I just listen to them and sigh at how god damn amazing Billy Joel is. This song is under the “purchased” tab in itunes for very good reason: It is absolutely amazing at any time. Billy Joel is the heart and soul of this song as its vocalist, but the music itself as well ad the theme are very powerful, if not as serious as the rest of the top ten it is surrounded by.

To understand why I love the theme of this song I feel I need to give a bit of a history of myself and my favorite Disney song of all time: Hakuna Matata. I love a great fun song that has a message but doesn't take itself seriously every once in awhile. I know this song isn't as serious as even that Hakuna Matata, and that's okay, but I love the idea of letting go of your burdens every once in awhile and having some style that Billy Joel's vocals manage to pull off so wonderfully. I don't think there is another singer alive who could have pulled off this song half as well. It isn't the lyrics telling you his mood, it is the voice itself, and that is an exceptionally rare quality.

The scene in the movie is also fantastic. Dodger is taking a tour of the city while Oliver tries his best to keep up and barely managing to follow the entire time. It has some great comedy and like the character of Dodger a ton of swagger behind it. I think it is unquestionably the highlight of the movie, followed closely by the opening number. This movie started with such amazing potential with that one two combo but it was mostly wasted by film's end, but I'll get to that in a second. Anyway as I was saying the scene really is one of the special ones in all of Disney with how much it highlights the city and how unbelievably fun it is. There is a sense of pure joy I feel whenever I watch this scene and it helps sell Dodger as such a great and lovable character despite being a dick to the poor cat.

So in summation the reason this song is so high is that Billy Joel is absolutely amazing and the scene is pretty great as well. As I said, not every song this high will involve rocket science, just a lot of them.

As for the movie itself... it is not a bad movie, but it feels as if they spent all of their good music budget on the first twelve or so minutes and then just decided they didn't care enough to continue that trend. This movie probably has the greatest one two punch to start a movie for songs in the history of Disney, and it is certainly very high up if I have omitted something from my memory when thinking about it briefly. Once Upon A Time in New York City is a very powerful and rich song, and to follow it up with Why Should I Worry was a brilliant choice. From there the rest of the songs are utterly forgettable until the reprise of WsiW.

The animation is really not up to snuff, and the plot is paper thin. Dodger holds this film together as best as he can but he is the clear highlight along with Oliver's general cuteness. I don't have really negative emotions about this movie it is just so underwhelming compared to what was to come in the coming years.

I figure if I am going to be stuck in the middle of the woods I should have as many gadgets as possible.

Guess I am going to have to start looking through neat apps now before it arrives in a couple of days.

All hail my new Apple overlord.

Bring it on.

I've got a combined nothing for you guys. What a disappointment I am sure that must be.

This topic is one of those where I am not going to make up stuff, this really is a SOUL CLEANSE. So sorry for the lack of flaming.

I'm gonna hold this list up for three days as you struggle to think of a single imperfection. Sorry guys.

I would like to actually thank you. After losing to you in last year's User of the Year I listened as you talked about how much effort you put in and I was determined not to be you. I respect the hell out of you and I can honestly say I thought you were pathetic for going through so much effort to win UotY last year. At this point I am sure there are people who are like "BUT YOU DID SO MUCH TO WIN IT THIS YEAR CHRIS WHAT THE HELL" and no, I really didn't. It used to mean something to me, more than I wanted to admit, but any feelings I had to the actual "crown" itself went away when I took stock of what it did to Yoblazer. It left him burned out on the board, there really didn't appear to be any fun in it. So I decided that this year was going to be different and I had my fill of THE GAME. Then I blew everyone out and won it anyway, so that was nice. But yeah thanks for being an example of what I should not be Yo, it actually means a lot to me!

Sure, I want to get flamed

I have literally never seen you before. I have never for the life of me understood how people can come into these topics and expect anything of note to be posted about them. What possible problem could I have with you? Did you kill a puppy of mine as a child and then used advanced alien technology to wipe my memory of the event? Seriously, post some more and then maybe I'll have something to say about you.

Oh boy here we go.

And here... we... go!

No, but really I've already covered it. You are a very whiny person (on here) which you've countered with that you do it so you aren't that way to others, which is something I can understand. I just wish you could find some way not to abuse this board as horribly as you do. Perhaps take up additional hobbies such as every time you feel like making a new topic just stare at a wall for a day. A whole day. I think it will lead to some important introspection, and more importantly we won't have to see any of your topics because you won't make them. It is a win/win, consider it.

Yessss

The only thing I have bad to say when I think of you is I didn't get the chance to brutally betray you in that Hunger Games project. I was so going to epically betray you. It was going to be awesome. I feel like you've been so static over the years that it is pretty hard to dislike anything much you do unless someone disliked you from the start. Like if someone scripted a Ryoko-bot to take your place it would probably be pretty easy because I don't think you've changed all that much over the years and your posting style never really has stood out to me.

Did I win the gym battle or not. I think I had one Pokemon left at the end (chose two dead options with 3 pokemon left I thought) or did I miscalculate.
