You gotta turn the stove on brother
Does it really affect performance in a game like this?
No, it's a great game but the original is not really dated enough that a ground-up remake was really justified.i'm of the mind that it's to test the waters to see if people still want a regular turn based rpg paper mario title, since the last few have been decidedly not that, and the trend for like the past decade has been that turn based rpgs don't sell enough to justify them being made
It feels really wacky that they reprogrammed the whole game in a different engine just to essentially make an exact copy with shinier graphics. I would probably rather play the original since it runs at a higher framerate.
I am probably in the minority since I am extremely apathetic about graphical fidelity but I feel that a remake is usually not better if they don't make big changes to the control scheme or game design overall.
Best case scenario is a remake of an older game in a series that has evolved drastically since then... Like with Pokemon FRLG and HGSS, they both had a perfect template of what the game mechanics and QOL should be like in order to modernize the experience. And they can recreate the world around that instead of sticking to a "faithful" direction which ends up being a $80 texture pack.
If you think that doesn't make sense, think about armour, nobody is arguing that armour should require upgrades before you put it on your guy.
I still use the pods for laundry, but for the dish washer, I use the boxed powder. For that, you definitely should use less than what is in the pods because the pods assume you are basically washing your dishes with water from the dead sea and overcompensate for that. In most cases, you only need to fill your machine to around the halfway mark. Most of the "dish washing" is done with water pressure, the soap just a surfactant to losten the dried-on stuff.
They have this fascinating way of moving the goalposts around and redefining things so that games that would traditionally be considered super "woke" aren't when they do extremely well.
Baldurs Gate, literally "frantic bi energy" the game, is "not woke" because *checks notes* "it doesn't jam that in our face". Or something. It is tiresome and stupid and I wish all vapid culture war grifters that talk about games a very fast trip directly into the sun
To those telling me to define woke you can do that yourself I would like to add that Tiktok went woke and it's on its way to being broke
Am I reading McD offer wrong? Is it ;

GoT is fantasy. The only historical basis for it was Martin was inspired by the War of the Roses in England. The whole setting is based on his DnD campaign.you saw japan, and you immediately "he's talking about game of thrones and it's european medieval fantasy setting"
Remember to keep that same energy if Ubisoft makes a historically inaccurate Assasin's Creed game set in Africa.

I explained it. They give fans a chance to build a resume, and break up the Wikipedia monopoly
Why'd you even return to the topic to make this cringeworthy response
Just ghost it
It sits in your history which makes further moderations more likely and harsher than it would've been. Which is dumb for something that isn't a violation. Like if you got an NWD for your posts ITT.
The question is whether it is moddable not the severity of the individual moderation.
