Same.

Though PotD doesn't even have to be "gone" for that, just different enough to not really be the same place. If all the people flooding in because CE is shut starts turning PotD into nothing more than CE-lite, I'll probably move on regardless.

I doubt it, at this rate gamefaqs won't even be around in 10 years. I mean the site has been slowly dying for years but now fandom is expediting the process.

Also when they shut down politics board they said CE would be fine and we all know how that turned out. Don't think any social board is safe now.

It really depends on what Fandom's plans are and how the community responds to it. I can't see the message boards still being operational in 10 years. I can't even see them still being operational in 5 years. I wouldn't be surprised in the least if they are removed without notice in the next 3 months.

CE is an experiment that will be gone together with the other social boards.
