I'd strongly suggest saving Kiwami 2 for last if you haven't played it. It makes a super satisfying closer to the series as a 'standalone' and on top of that it's the most polished game design. I think if I was doing an order I'd do 0 -> K1 -> 3 -> 4 -> 5 -> 6 -> K2. Like a Dragon can be played at any point since it's very much its own thing gameplaywise.
