May from Pokemon for me. Although, I didn't even know what a waifu was at the time since I was like, 9, but I had a huge crush on her. Honestly the only reason I even still watched the anime by then, since even back then I knew every episode was the same ass Team Rocket shit lol.

I've never actually done the waifu/husbando thing, but for me chaos in Xenosaga is serious eye candy.
