Also what are some of the worst Harem anime

Watched both seasons of How not to Summon a Demon Lord since it was dubbed. Could easily watch it on a mobile device in bed, no subtitles to read.

Well, I've heard of exactly two of those and watched none of them.

Skip the pretense, just watch hentai. Slogging through an episode or three of a subpar show just to see a (sometimes nippleless) animated boob for 15 seconds is a totally un-necessary way to curve the "socially acceptable" way to get to what you're really after: OPPAI OVERLOAD.

I seem to recall they did two different versions of that for the anime and both ended after fairly short runs. Somehow the manga is still running.

It's kinda like how Baki has 2 different animes (and an OVA)

Ecchi and hentai are two different genres/moods. The former is for when you want to laugh and laugh at the ridiculous excuses for sexy scenarios, and is not mutually exclusive with good story or characters. The latter is when you just want to get your rocks off.

I'm both reading and watching Hajime no Ippo right now; in the anime I'm on Takamura's world title match, and in the manga I'm at about chapter 1150 of 1500. It kinda sucks that Ippo still hasn't had his rematch with Miyata..

It's not so bad for action series like this, where there's not a lot of dialogue during the fights. It a different story for something like Conan, where there's a ton of dialogue that you also have to really pay attention to because it's a mystery series.

You'll see what I mean in about 50 or so chapters. I stopped reading around that point, figuring I would catch up once they finished that arc...that was in 2018 and I am still waiting.

Surprised How not to Summon a Demon Lord has the most votes so far. I figured Highschool DXD or Date A Live would be more popular, they even got games (though DXD releases were JP only).

Harem labyrinth is by far the most ecchi of those and I actually like it quite a bit. Surprising amount of world building and relatively personal stakes keep it from feeling too generic. MC actually fucks in this one, multiple times.

How not to summon a demon lord made me so fuckin angry near the end of one of the seasons. It's bad. Also not that sexy.

I dropped it around the same time but before the event you are allluding to. The series just started getting boring after the fight against, I forgot his name, but I think he was number 2 in the world.
