Just did this. Took me like 5 tries and it made me unlock another slot on Reaper and then REALLY work for the kill. I actually liked it, but I can see it being a real sticking point for a lot of people. This game in general feels like it's for people that've completed Godhome, it's crazy how often I'm going "wow this FEELS like fighting PV".

I also did the equivalent to the White Flower quest from HK and holy shit, do NOT attempt to do it without having very good vertical traversal movement options.

Finally beat that courier rasher quest. I did the obnoxious thing of murdering every enemy on the way there, then walked all the way back, got the rasher, then all the way back again without using a bench in between.

This is the only way I could to the Grey Mourner quest in HK. I'd try to get it done before Crossroads gets infected too. It means putting off getting double jump until after Isma's Tear though.

Holy hell I finally beat that high halls enemy encounter. Those 2 big guys are so terrible, 2mask damage and you can't get close often because of all the attack spamming. Definitely the hardest thing in the game for me so far

I dont know if its been commented on but hornets coat when she's using the glide/float ability is absolutely adorable

Honestly, the only issue with moorwing is its desire to show you how it can use contact damage.

Yeah, that's about where I am. Beastfly is the only thing so far that felt like real bullshit.

Hunter's March also felt bullshitty, but in a way that I was just underequippped.

I will say Sister Splinter being dazed was one of her most dangerous moves for me the first few times it happened because she would invariably just fall directly on top of me lol

Underequiped how? I'm at the end of Act 1 (just have to be at the boss)and am finally exploring that area

It would have just been easier with a damage upgrade or something. The enemies are really tough.

Then I should be ok then. I found 4 mask fragments so far and got the first damage upgrade.

The platforming is also pretty tricky, but you're probably used to the pogo if you've done all that. Or found the crest that gives you the Knight's pogo.

Ok just took down Widow and there is some seemingly BS RNG that occurs sometimes with bosses attacks overlapping that seem like they just cant be dodged

fighting Sister Splinter 3 times in a row it spawned two of the spinning enemies while it spawned so many vines I couldnt move. So I had to 3 hit the vines to escape but the spinning things would then kill me

Similiarly with Widow she would drop the vertical balls down but then do the diagonal ones at the same time which had no escape. I had to wait for RNG both times for that not to happen to win

lol I was just saying ITT that she's quite fun.

The trick to her adds for me was to stand under where they're going to be, you can get two hits before they fully activate.

Her claw swipe felt exactly the same as the pattern from Aguni's fight in Dawn of Sorrow. Had that shit down.

The mobs were the tricky bit imo. Had a nasty nack for closing me down when I needed to heal up.

How do you open the door where the shop is in the far fields? Can hear something growling behind it, when I play music some text shows up but nothing happens

Reached Sinners Road and Id love to know when I can actually get a damage upgrade. The game is starting to annoy me now that mobs are taking upwards of 7/8 hits

Sinner's road is beyond the scope of where you need to be right now. Go to Bellhart and fix that place first.
