I was just eating my lunch

i went down to the department they are just stupid i went back to the same spot and finished my food and blasted my 120w speaker

they need to stop harassing me and trying to tell me I cant be anywhere

literally everywhere they tell me hey you need to go away right now. Its exhausting and they wont do anything about all these fights I get into

sometimes I call them to try to avoid the violence and they are just useless if they even show up they do nothing helpful

So you weren't just eating your lunch. This reminds me of the people that will play extraordinarily offensive rap on the bus. I imagine when told "you can't do that without earbuds/headphones so only you can hear, just like the signs and rules always say" their response would probably be to tell people how they were harassed "just for riding the bus."

Moral of the story: It's not your world with others just so happening to live in it. Use earbuds or something.

I love hanging out in the comfort of my home and listening to music at a volume of my choosing whenever I want. Its also great that the police have never told me to leave or that I cannot be here.

they came back and tried to tell me to go again and told them that if I go then every other person sitting on this street needs to go also and that they are making me too angry and that they need to leave me alone

and they did they told me to have a nice night and they drove the fuck away

Im willing to bet that TC winds up in jail for an extended period of time before that account gets banned. Hes a self admitted violent, homeless, drug addict while that account is just funny, so I feel like my odds are good.

Ive been thriving out here for years this doesnt change anything

my worker already wrote out my letter explaining that I am homeless, poor, mentally ill and seeking treatment for my mental illness

am also physically disabled at this point my brain and nervous system are damaged from seizures so my mobility is getting worse

even at the PD they told me dont pay the citation just get the letter and bring it to this different courthouse I will not have to pay any money they will make it go away I have a clean record

Eh, there has been some good ones over the years mocking the likes of people like Shenti and Sunny. This home one I dont think is on the same tier as those and has a high probability of getting old fast/running out of material rather quickly. I still got a good laugh when I first saw it. To each their own, but I dont find the account in poor taste because TC openly admits to being a rather scummy person so I feel like people who are like that are fair game for being mocked.

Personally I would have gone with something like HarryTheHobo for a more indirect satire type approach. Lots of potential with that one but Im getting old and lazy myself when it comes to those types of things.

its not being tough its standing up for myself

they cant tell me I cant have friends or that I cant sit and eat in public places

i dont steal I dont litter I dont drink I dont do any illegal drugs

i go to the local PD regularly now and tell them. Theyre very understanding and they back off. Its the ones on the street that get things mixed up

That's because it's the job of the cops in the office to resolve problems as quickly as they can so they can move on to the next person waiting, while it's the job of the cops on the street to look for potential/ongoing problems and stop them. Broadly, homeless people are seen as potential problems (which isn't necessarily right, but you regularly affirm that they're not wrong about you by bragging about getting into fights and having sex behind bushes), so cops on the street hassle them.
