Honestly, yeah. I usually like a good gimmick but this one seems a little too tryhard.

Its hard to definitively crown the worst gimmick on GameFAQs Poll of the Day boardhumor is subjective, and a gimmick can be both annoying and oddly entertaining. However, one that consistently draws ire is the style used by a user commonly known as C4, notorious for capitalizing random words in every post as a way to bait newer or gullible users into responding . For example:

C4s CAPITALIZING important WORDS to help BAIT new/gulible/bored USERS into getting TROLLED. ewww

That kind of attention-seeking, disingenuous posting stylemore focused on disruption than genuine discussionis widely disliked, even if its effective at creating engagement. So if youre looking to identify the most infamous gimmick, C4s all-caps trolling is a top contender.

Eh, that bird gimmick is a bit annoying, but we've had worse gimmicks accounts on PotD.

making birdy noises is also not that bad of a gimmick. I was thinking it was a whole persona where you pretend to live in a birdhouse and take birdbaths and protest playing video games like Angry Birds.
