I stopped at 3 when it came to the film franchise. Probably saw Jurassic park 2 at the theatres with my family.

The Velociraptor is my favorite dinosaur because of the Jurassic Park films, even though scientists would tell me it looked more a feathered chicken with claws.

Suits are going to keep making films, but I didn't need the entry where the guy could speak to the dinosaurs and train them. That is where I noped out.

I hope they make "DDinosaur with Double D's" a cannon part of the Jurassic Park universe.

Saw the original in theater and it was awesome
Saw the sequel at home on VHS, thought it was stupid
Never saw the third.

The Star Lord one came out and it was the worst piece of crap I've ever seen, didn't bother with the other two.

I read the novel. And watched the first trilogy.

The book was good. The movie... less so.

And every movie after was... ugh.

My 70-year old mother really liked the first Jurassic World movie.

She's dead now.

Now, I'm not saying that the Jurassic World franchise killed my mom... but it totally killed my mom.

She doesn't really need luck. The Jurassic Park movies are like the Fast and the Furious movies - it doesn't matter how terrible they are, they still make a ton of cash every time.

We could probably throw the shitty American Godzilla movies in there as well.

You can stop at the 1st, which was great.

And the book wasn't bad either.

I stopped at the second and read a decent amount of the book when I was young.

to make a third one just seemed weird to me.

I stopped after the first two movies, but only the first, IMO, was worth anything.

I stopped caring about the movies when it became apparent that aside from the first one the rest were trash cash grabs and that wasn't going to change no matter how many more movies they made.

Dude it takes awhile

I watched all the Park and the World movies. I like them all. Including the philosophical / ethical dilemmas posed, and the evolution of the plots, as the dinosaurs move from Parks on remote islands to [spoilers] ... and how humans deal with or attempt to control nature.
