The problem with XVI is there are a lot of good characters but they aren't quite good enough to beat out my established favorites so I just don't have the capacity to save them. I imagine this is the case for a lot of people. It worked out last year because a lot of my favorites were booted but this year a bunch of them got back in so ... Copied to Clipboard!

It seemed like Joshua and Dion were getting noms mostly because people thought they should be in and not because they planned to support them. I planned on supporting Joshua until FoG whereupon I was hoping someone could temporarily take up the mantle as I knew some of those rounds would conflict with my vacation last week. Sadly he couldn't even make it that far. It's strange... I only dedicated two of my nominations to him so others clearly wanted to see him get in, but I guess no one truly desired to see him do even half as well as his brother. Valid, honestly. Maybe next time he can put up a respectable finish. I did totally call this in the nomination topic when I heavily implied the three XVI characters we got in last contest were the best possible reps for the game, but I guess we'll see how well Jill will do now.
