So I'm just gonna throw something out here. Ultis role said he at night can assume a players name and power. Let's just assume the one truthful thing ulti did say was that he went to red. And reds power was that he could double up someone's power at the cost of them losing it the next night. And it is a day ability. Thus, I am almost certain that ulti did use this power on his scum teammate. And they doubled up a power last night. I don't really see anyone claiming to be roleblocked today and we have a double kill. Questionable if the kill could be doubled up. I need to run some numbers on something in a second, because I think that may be broken but need to verify. But, I think there is possibly a good chance the 3p crap from ulti was bullshit to just throw around distrust and both kills were just doubled up from scum. 13 alive at start. We been assuming 3 scum. 10 town 3 scum. ML+poison 7 town 3 scum. ML 5 town 3 scum ML 3 town 3 scum. 3 mislynches scum wins. Okay. No poison or block scenario. 10 town 3 scum. ML 8 town 3 scum. ML 6 town 3 scum. ML 4 town 3 scum ML 2 Town 3 Scum So scum has to basically hit their poison to have a relatively balanced game of a ML per scum. Now let's toss this double up power in. And I do put this in there with the understanding this could never come into play. 10 Town 3 Scum ML + poison 7 Town 3 Scum ML 5 town 3 Scum ML + double up kill. 2 town 3 Scum. I guess it doesn't even matter then. It wouldn't change the mislynches. Same scenario but poison blocked just creates the original 3 mislynches. Now let's try something wacky which I think would be broken and unrealistic. 10 town 3 scum. ML 8 town 3 scum. ML 6 town 3 scum Correct lynch. Double up poison and double up kill 2 town 2 scum. Game was over after the 2nd ML barring the poisoner lynch or a block. Which maybe this does support that scares role didn't have a check. Maybe? Not really though because this is assuming you can double up a kill and a poison. I don't think a kill is really a power, but I think the double kill last night kinda supports it is? Or maybe they have to choose one. But, if town is basically given a free scum kill with scares power and scum had no checks against it, which we have yet to see. (And also ulti being some batshit role who i guess killed red night 1 - PS ulti loves night killing red - supports there wasn't a jack of all kills like i suggested earlier who used a strongman because ulti wasn't it and he made the kill). Now for who is scum. I haven't read more than like 15% of this game yet. Maybe I'm lowballing or high balling that number some. I do have some time today and tomorrow to hopefully read the game fully and try and make out of context reads. What made me sure edumey was Town the other day. The only real read I made all game was his post about their being 3 scum and they being the Christmas spirits of past and future and present or whatever. At first I thought it was ridiculous (even there being 3 scum initially cuz below 25%). Then I thought it seemed too on the point like scum trying to insert information only they knew as a read. But, then I thought about it more and it seemed exactly where if someone had looked at the mislynches, saw the flip, and surmised the number might go naturally, and where normal scum wouldn't actually divulge (barring a few players). It had a logical mind track to how it got there. I wish I could be more diligent about both my posting and my reading. Holiday brainfog. Topic 1, I'm annoyed that Blade basically announced they had to vote everyone, and despite it being day 1 there was a lot of discourse about the inactives. Ulti and Sultan both were ignoring a few different people, but multiple people brought up chang's inactivity - which, let's be fair, probably had more to do with the timing of the game than anything else (and man, I can not find the timestamps-on-mobile option for the life of me.) I DON'T like chang being as absent as he was then volunteering to be the guinea pig for my yet-unannounced role. If he was scum, he would be less apprehensive about it, since my natural presumption would be "we know he's, at worst, town-neutral by virtue of not being on the scum team" so he jumped on the gamble that Blade wasn't outright laying a trap. Now, he's trying to serve up 3p fear directed at me. Psst, Ulti was scum, I'm going to choose to believe he was BSing for added paranoia and scum just has a weakish team with their EK recently spent. Someone please try and make the timeline make sense. Ulti's roleflip indicates that he could do two grave robberies, so he probably targeted Sultan day 2 and used the denied-by-death poison EK. Did either of the two that died in today indicate they were marked for death? Would he also have been able to steal the time turner and preemptively double up the night kill? ...Can someone summarize claimed actions, and someone else corroborate? Well if it helps i feel useless too, because I still cant get over that Ulti was town and Scare was scum. We've got 3.5 hours left in the day, and no votes down. I wish I had the answer for who scum is, but I dont feel as though I do. Its a crapshoot between Corrik and Sbell, and even then I can realistically see both of them being town who just didnt read. Corrik threw a vote at Sultan for a weird reason, but then you'd think if Corrik was scum and planning to bus then he'd actually try to capitalize on it and make himself look good. But he didnt. That's town points. And then Sbell was the deciding vote at 4:58 when Sultan self-pres voted to tie the votes. People told him to unvote to keep it a tie, and he first said he would in 90 seconds, but then decided against it and said to let Sultan burn. That's town points. So what do we kill Peaf? Relevant Chang claim post: The Watcher (Marvel), TOWN Time Rolecop And mine is Time Shuffler, I target someone during the DAY and it will take effect at the end of day and if they have a night action, it becomes a day action instead, and vice versa. If a night 1 action it would become a day 2 action. A day 2 action would be useable night 1 instead. Unfortunately no one seems to exist that I can actually use this on as a great benefit to town, unless Corrik is holding back.I'd be better off using it offensively on scum at this point. Isquen/Blade claimed a role that is only allowed to vote the people that he voted for day 1, so Blade voted for everyone except Chang on day 1.
