Funny story. I work as a safety consultant so I'm between various clients and one client was essentially a solar panel making company. They couldn't get enough investors so they had to completely change the stuff they were making to stay afloat. That was two years ago. I don't think they have the capacity to go back to being a solar panel making company despite the fact that it'd be far more sustainable for them once the bite from these tariffs is truly felt. --- CyricZ He/him http://twitch.tv/cyricz42 ... Yeah but China dumps below cost solar panels on the market to drive out any foreign competition before it can begin. Stuff like desalination facilities are "too expensive" "too hard to produce" but small scale nuclear power plants to power generative AI facilities so we can make more fake porn and shitposts and summarize emails is cool. ...
