the only point i'm making here is that you're stating the obvious when you tell someone who just said 'i have anger issues' that they did something a bit extreme. they know.

Probably stung my hand from slapping something, usually my thigh because its the closest thing. Or my palm from smacking it with the controller.

Man I have a story about this and I aint proud of it.

Was playing Dark Souls 2 and had back to back aggravating deaths with a large soul loss. Usually Ill just curse and slap my knee or something. But! For whatever reason, I dont know why, I decided to lurch up from the sofa and do one of those cartoony jumping stomps.

Unfortunately two things happened.

One was I stupidly flubbed the coordinating of my body. I jumped and sort of shot my legs down early at the floor as I fell. Sort of like a head-on collision being worse than hitting a parked car.

Second was I was in the middle of renovating that area of the house and the floor was nothing but solid concrete.

I instantly fucked up something in my back and collapsed to the floor. I was in so much pain it took me a while to get to my feet, sweating beads. My shit was cooked for a couple weeks and to this day I can tweak that spot more easily than others.

Long story short, fuck you Dark Souls 2.

Threw a controller and broke it, along with putting a hole in the wall.

In my defense, I was aiming for a pillow. I just fucking missed. >_<

Put a crack in one of the handles of my first 360 controller by angrily slamming it on the table next to me after getting my shit pushed in during a heated Gears of War match

Damn, this is really brining back memories.

As a kid, I was a little shit when it came to gaming. I'd say there was some ADHD issues that weren't diagnosed playing a part.

Anyway, as a kid I used to deliver newspapers and managed to actually save up money for my own pc. A rocking a pentium 200!

Anyway, when things didn't go right on the computer, I would hit the tower to get it to "work". Eventually stuff started to fail, surprise, surprise.

I don't think I've ever damaged anything. If I get super mad at a game I can generally wind my arm up in frustration but stop before I'd hit anything. I don't get too mad though.

Can't think of any time I rage damaged any gaming stuff.

Don't get me wrong I get pretty angry at games when I die. But I quit before I would hurt anything.

I was one of five kids in a poor family. If a controller broke, no one would be able to play until we got a new one at Christmas. So I always treated my expensive gaming stuff very carefully.

None at all. I have a release date ps2 that still works and only has a memory card slot and occasional reader issue

Two different times while recording things like 14-15 years back:

Dropped my fist on the escape button hard, snapping off a plastic piece on my keyboard that held the thing up at an angle. Used an old box of markers after that.

Hit the armrest on an old chair that had exposed wood and cut it bad. Bled for maybe 15 minutes?

Those are the only notable ones I can think of.

Threw a controller a few times, and have punched a couch on occasion lol. Never broke anything though.

I used to punch walls until I put my fist through drywall a few times lol. I also got really good at punching hard things without hurting myself.
