The Falcons getting destroyed by Seattle is the only thing today to particularly surprise me. I thought Seattle could win, but the game was completely noncompetitive.

I only have two losses this week but that one was a thud. Crescent would be on a 26 game win streak if not for that wreckage.

And I'm not surprised that the Jets shot out to an early lead and quickly blew t. Davante being there certainly helped Ego-Man get started tonight but the Jets are gonna Jet. Also Aaron has two picks in a game and that's really rare. How did that part happen? Was at least one Wilson's fault?

Yeah, this should count as an INT by Wilson, but there's no objective way to judge that so I get why it's not. Like half of Aaron's obscenely low picks were because of the receiver's butterfingers.

They've just made too many mistakes, too many misplays, and a game they looked to have well under control is rapidly spiraling into a blowout against them.

That and the Yankees are already in the World Series. Rob Manfred is wetting himself. Me? I'm loathing it, and this is certainly the last time I ever plan to pay any attention to the MLB. No smaller-market team will ever stand a chance as long as Manfred is in charge. He's worse than Goodell, since the NFL is at least still relevant. MLB not so much, and the lack of a salary cap is why. But that's a rant I'll have to continue another time.

To put this game into perspective though, the Jets played for 25 minutes like a team that knew it needed the win and was stepping up to get it. They were dominating. They played the next 35 minutes like a team that knew it needed to win but couldn't handle the pressure. This was an outright self destruction of an immature team that isn't ready to win.

Everything I've heard about this game is the WNBA decided who they wanted to see win and they tried like hell to make it happen.

It's a really bad headline for a league most people don't take seriously in the first place.
