I chose the last option but it's really 1 and 3. I say Ness for the original Nintendo but Sness just sounds weird so I say Super Nintendo for that one.

Feels like I'm too old to call it the ness or sness, I don't think I ever heard these until the 2010's?
I hear them enough now and I was never confused when anyone was saying these but I'd choose to never say them as they just sound wrong for how I know these consoles.

almost any of those although I wouldn't call an NES a "nintendo" though I might call a SNES a "super nintendo", but not usually. I also would never say nez or snez which some people apparently do. super-ness and super-N-E-S are also options.

These.

The NES was always just the "Enn-Eee-Ess", but the SNES could either be the "Super Nintendo", the "Ess-Enn-Eee-Ess" or the "Super Enn-Eee-Ess" dependingly.

Honestly, "Super Enn-Eee-Ess" was probably the most common one for me.

But never "Ness/Nezz/Sness/Snezz". They're initialisms, not acronyms.

When I see the acronyms in text, I sound out the letters in my mind: N-E-S or S-N-E-S. But when I'm speaking about the systems, I use the full names.
