Honestly tree pod burial, since it's both eco-friendly and on the cheap side. Joke option: throw carcass out of an airplane and let me lie where I am. Actual answer: donate to science is preferred, buuuut I'm aware of an ER doctor from growing up with my parents as EMTs, where they saw "ooh, organ donor" and basically let someone die who couldn't communicate but was trying to preserve his modesty while being jostled about.
