its also such a beautifully nonsense but badass name for a game

I think all the Zero Escape games have excellent ART on the cover, but maybe don't work as well as specifically BOX art. 999 is too cluttered, VLR feels like it's been cropped. ZTD definitely wins out here. I remember some pushback when it was revealed that it looked too "Western", but it matches the game.

one i'm pretty partial to as far as western releases go is the cover art for the case of mangagamer's ef -a fairy tale of the two- release (can't actually find many sources that have it so here's a random person's blog post lol https://normanicgrav.blogspot.com/2015/02/unboxing-ef-fairy-tale-of-two-limited.html)
