Red called Death town. I asked why. Red gave his reasons. I did not question or suspect Red on these reasons any further.

Yeah I've been busy and lazy and felt it was a losing battle to begin with, given how momentum was against Corrik. So why put in the effort?

Actually I do agree that I would have liked for Peaf to branch out more beyond Red. Though now he has given the old busy day excuse

I'd argue that one is because i read it differently and the other is still true. You saying a major scum flip occurred would be accurate if red had said literally anything else about death in between. What does "Fine" mean? And why are you ignoring how he reacted to wallz? To you and corrik? You're missing the forest for the trees, old man.

Also I should confess that I didnt find the time to even read Peafs walls all that well, which may be half of the point.

Like my point is that without Chang outright asking red about wallz on day 1 he would have said absolutely nothing about him. He has done a stellar job of avoiding the players who have since flipped scum.

Barring significant change of events I think corrik probably should be the lynch. I cant reconcile his end of day 2 play in my head.

The death read wasnt the part I latched onto. It was mainly these two posts Red made which are incredibly waffly about scum members, which is worse when Red only pops in to make posts so rarely

T4p8 - walks back from calling Knightz outright scum, and soft defends him: "If I had reason to lynch knightz it is him parroting the stupid argument that he couldn't possibly be scum because communication. It felt weird, to say the least. But I'm not sure I necessarily agree that hes been completely different from last game. Hes been just as hard to follow." Votes for Kirby because Kirby just voted for him after "not being here for hours". Pot, kettle? This is the second omgus vote that red has done in a single game day. Then the two of them have a pissing match that goes through t4p9. Red and igcd have another weird interaction where red jokes that he's the hammerer, not igcd. Then is pedantic towards Ulti and votes mi for being really passive with 2.3 hours to go before end of day.

T5p1, makes his second post re: wallz - "Ugh I'm trying to remember the last time wallz was scum because I feel like he may have been unusually angry in that one too but memory isn't clear enough on this."

In fact I'm going to call it out again because I don't feel like enough people responded to it.

He thinks that I am a reasonable top suspect for the day, so he's not saying he thinks I'm town. But then he says that people who had a vote on me D1 voted for not scum. These ideas run counter! He said that he thought 'known scum' was implied there, but it still feels like a slip to me.

I might be crazy but I want to hear more opinions on this.

Honestly I'm still curious about this myself because in my head i think i recall wallz having some unusual anger when he was scum but i dont have the memory to look up a reference.

I'm still not against a Corrik lynch but my confidence in it has waned some.

I will say though that Corrik's topic 7 actually isn't nearly as bad as his topic 6. His acceptance of Kirby's claim+Lack of reaction to being blocked by Kirby early in topic 8 do add up.

Corrik seems more concerned with needling at me than in topic 7 anything else, but he does at one point add that Wallz feels like scum that rolled over, and his presence isn't nearly as harmful as the previous topic.

Which actually makes me wonder why Red is focused on how bad he looked at the end of the day when he clearly looked worse early in the day than at the end

I don't think wallz was all that angry in this game but perhaps that's up for interpretation.

Either way that's the only thing you even said about him. So I'm taking that absence of interaction as itself a data point.

I already replied that i thought the "known" was implied before "scum". But either way when i die you'll get your confirmation on that. Shrug. At least you're putting your body into an argument now, I'll give you that.

How far apart were these posts

Well I am rereading day2, but I realize it is a bit of a waste since scum must have known that Wallz was a dead man walking and so any critique on Wall could just be a bus.

On the offchance Corrik is town, with him immediately faking a block on me immediately they would've known he wasn't totally sunk. Corrik's claim basically froze Kirby's claim and added doubt to it's result.

It should be noted at least that the vibe was more against Kirby and Chang at the start, than Wallz.
