But I was moreso unable to see what was so bad about MI and to a lesser extent, Wallz

That's where I have been at. They're without thinking too much about it sorted somewhat after likeliness, meaning if I was somehow told I was wrong about someone there I would guess Ben first. That leaves FD, Red, SBell, Peaf, MI and Blade and Corrik. I've been back and fourth if resolving Corrik makes the most sense or not. I don't have a good feeling about the lynch.

FD looked towny to me day 1, I have no reason to immediately suspect him. Red I was just wrong about early last game, I don't think he looks scummy, don't see a reason to take him out.

I have been very split on Blade, I respect his scumgame a lot. He has made some cases I don't feel like are made in good faith but other times where his thought process seems to come from a town perspective. Best case for MI is the day 1 votals probably. My history of reading SBell correctly is pretty trash tbh, kinda just hoping he resolves himself.

I would vote Peaf if I had a vote I think. He just fits into most configurations I can think of.

Let me ask you this. The roleblocker is dead. So you can't be blocked by scum. You have already claimed to confirm people and targets and that you move and that you need protected beyond reproach. Why exactly are you not just claiming at this point? There is zero reason not to because it doesn't change how much protection protects you or not.

It makes no sense to not claim and clear up the game at the point he has gone unless he is lying and is afraid of being countered as either scum or lying town not trying to out something real by town itself.

Thus, I hold no weight on the clears.

Yes but despite those claims he still hasn't claimed and expects me to give full trust to the things he's saying.

If Ulti died and flipped an OP town role that could properly confirm someone then by all means, but it's foolish to expect me to green check someone based entirely on his say so.

And I specifically wasn't calling extra attention to him because I believe it's the first option (bait a shot) and I wanted to help him succeed by not making it too obvious that's what he was going for. But now he's played it so over the top that I'm not as certain.

That's exactly why they might do it, especially if it's a temporary measure.

But honestly, why use that ability at all at this point? That's the kind of ability you save to disguise mylo to be earlier than expected. They certainly shouldn't use early enough to help us plan and calculate for it.

Tbh I still have no confidence in reading you in either direction. I lynched you last game as scum but that was entirely based on a meticulously narrowed poe and not because I'd caught you for any specific reason.

With that in mind a proper confirmation of your alignment would honestly be welcome, but Ulti's word can't exactly be trusted.

The ability to come across as so correct with his usual cockiness and decrease in dickishness is and should be a red flag for everyone.

I'd almost feel more comfortable with ulti if he would be a little more unbearable.

There isn't even any line of reasoning for why the people supposedly "confirmed" are the ones "confirmed" either. No reason to think either of them is by any stretch. Nor that Ulti is anything he says he is.

That's why Ulti and Death being up there with Peaf and Sbell on likeliest scum based on purely day 1 votals isn't incorrect. There is no well if ulti is town death has to be also. Nothing suggests that besides the word of someone who claims themselves town confirmed day 1 every game no matter their alignment. Ulti could be town and death scum easily.

Ulti was not the only one to call me town either, Corrik.

Has to be 5. Unless Lopen is scum and returns a later day after the scum that took him returns or if town made the shot. Then it could be 6. Scum having an extra kill with 6 is impossible.

Agreed but Ulti has a weird idea of what town confirmed is. For all we know, he realized they had the letter e in their name each night and that's confirmed town if he don't say so himself.

The only, the ONLY good thing I can say about Corrik is that we know he isn't the vote blocker since Kirby roleblocked him last night. Everything else he says I have to hold myself back to not comment on.

I dont feel like Peaf or Red seem particularly worried that we would lynch them over Corrik today.

I know Peaf thinks Corrik is town. What does Red think?

And uh I just had a "holy shit" moment to the bolded part. You just jarred something out of memory from a game I had no part of.

FE Mafia had a mason recruiter and the scumteam had a player the mason recruiter could recruit. I have no idea how Community works or if an "Evil" version of a character could pose as the "Regular?" version of a character or not (Like what happened with Robin in FE), but your mention of godfather interactions reminded me directly of that.

Sorry Ive not been present as Im having a busy couple of days but I am trying to keep up as I can.

i considered the mason recruiter angle as well but dismissed it because ctes and death are not exactly sure town hits, and presumably mason recruiter dies if they hit scum

i would imagine at least one of the evil study group members could get mason recruited for balance though.

but i have strong doubts as to that role actually existing in this game

if not can you vote and unvote someone real quick

just to get rid of that possibility
