I've gotten modded 3 times since the rule change, and one of them probably would have got me a warning before(even though it shouldn't have been modded at all)

but the other two were NKLs for very harmless posts

I think they were probably told to stop engaging with people on CE. It's clear the purpose of all this is to shut CE down but make it seem like it is the posters fault and not by design.
