I've never had Turkish Delight, but for some reason I always assumed the texture would be more like a gumdrop than a gummy bear. You learn something new everyday. ... Copied to Clipboard!

The gummy stuff is Turkish delight, a popular gel and sugar delicacy usually flavoured with rose water or something from what I've Googled.

Turkish Delight is very nice with chocolate. Normally a rose like favour to it but I have seen Lemon ones around.
