It's a pain in the ass finding a job when you have to sort through stuff like "fulfillment administrator" which means warehouse worker and "first impressions associate" which is a receptionist. Do they think they're going to trick people by making a job sound fancy?

I've heard of Senior Administrator for a guy that's both young and just got hired by the company. If you can't afford to pay someone more money the next best thing is to make them sound more important for the next employer.
