Did you get the dog, or the "prompt blocked" warning?

If it's the dog you can just try again and it may work. You won't get banned for stuff that gets dogged either.

Edit: Oh, yeah. Naming a celebrity is likely to get the prompt blocked. If you can hint at them in other ways you can still generate them though (eg. use a character they played, or something like "the Rickroll guy" for Rick Astley, etc).
